Three main soybean varieties,( B1-XDD-1, B2-SDD-1, B3-HN-40) in Xinjiang were chosen in the experiment. With the nitrogen fertilizer levels( pure nitrogen of A1-0, A2-180, A3-360 kg/ hm2) and plant density(C1-150,000 and C2-300,000 p/ hm2) differently, under the special ecosystem environment and weathers condition of oasis in Xinjiang, to assimilate accumulation, related enzymes activity, endogenous hormones content, and yield constitutes etc. the physiology variety during the development of soybean seed carried on the research. Main conclusion is as follows:1.Under the different nitrogen fertilizer treatment, dry matter accumulation under middle nitrogen(180 kg/ hm2) and high nitrogen(360 kg/ hm2) level is obvious than low nitrogen. To increase nitrogen, the effect of dry matter accumulation of middle, upper embryo and immedium, latter embryo of seedfilling is evidence. Under the different nitrogen fertilizer level total sugar content of soybean embryo show is: High nitrogen> medium nitrogen> low nitrogen. The effect of lipid relative content of soybean embryo with nitrogen is: medium nitrogen> high nitrogen> low nitrogen. The content of IAA, ABA with medium , high nitrogen is higher than low nitrogen. Under low nitrogen treatment the content of GA3 is high in low nitrogen all the time, under high nitrogen treatment the content of GA3 is low in low , medium nitrogen nitrogen during seedfilling latter. The proportion of ZR/ABA, IAA/GA3 in medium, high nitrogen is low in low nitrogen.2. Under the different density treatment, dry matter accumulation of embryo in C2 is bigger than in C1. The promotion function of increasing density to dry matter accumulation of embryo in middle, upper canopy and seedfilling of middle, latter. Total sugar content and sucrose invertase activity in C2 is higher than C1.Increase the density can improve lipid relative content of embryo of XDD-1 and HN-40 ,but restrain SDD-1. Under different density levels the content of IAA, ABA, ZR show is: C1 > C2 during previous, middle seedfilling, C2> C1 during latter seedfilling. The content of GA3 is show: C1> C2. The proportion of ZR/ABA, IAA/GA3 in C2 is lower than in C1.3.Dry matter accumulation of upper, middle canopy embryo have relation closely with output. The time of forming dry matter accumulation in lower canopy is latest than upper, middle canopy, the average growth is small than middle, upper canopy. Total sugar of embryo in different canopy is show: upper canopy>middle canopy>lower canopy. The maximum time of total sugar in different canopy is different, lower early middle, middle early upper. During seedfilling earlier stage, the sucrase activity of lower is highest middle, upper canopy, during seedfilling middle, later, the activity of upper canopy embryo is exceed lower embryo.
