Study On Application Effect On Vegetables And Corresponding Fertilization Technique Of Ecological Organic Fertilizer

This thesis studied the application effect and corresponding technique of fertilization "Lv Yuan" biology organic fertilizer (from LvYuan organic fertilizer limited company of Yan Tai, Ecological organic fertilizer) on tomato under opening air, pumpkin in greenhouse and hot pepper planting in complex substrate. The result shows:Under the planting condition of opening air, after applying the ecological organic fertilizer, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available P of soil are lower and that of available K is higher at early stages, however, available N and P are higher at later stages. Applying this ecological organic fertilizer at a rate of 2500³750kg.667m^-2 and with proper inorganic fertilizer can keep balance of every available nutrient in the whole stages. Absorption of plant mineral nutrient is consistent with applies. Applying this ecological organic fertilizer, NO3" value of soil is lower than that after applying chook feces at early and medium stages. Total N of soil is higher after applying chook feces than applying the ecological organic fertilizer. It is effective to promote organic matter of soil, lower pH, prevented from accumulation of salt, it is effective relatively if applying this ecological organic fertilizer at a rate of 2500³750kg.667m^-2.Applying the biology organic fertilizer can obviously increase leaf numbers of tomato plant, but decrease plant expansion, have little effect on plant height and stem diameter. 2500³750kg.667m^-2 ecological organic fertilizer accompanied by proper amount of chemical fertilizer can advance gathering period for 1³ days, increase fruit numbers per plant and productionper plant.It helps to improve quality of tomato fruit if applying this ecological organic fertilizer properly. Applying this ecological organic fertilizer solely at a rate of 2500³750kg.667m² or that top dressing with little amount of chemical fertilizer can increase the content of Vc and decrease acid value, meanwhile, 2500kg.667m'2 ecological organic fertilizer accompanied by proper amount of chemical fertilizer can increase the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and soluble solid matter.Applying this ecological organic fertilizer, the changing patterns of soil alkali-hydrolyzable N> available P and K in greenhouse are similar to that of under opening air, but it's releasing intensity is greater than that of in uncovered soil. Content of total nitrogen and organic matter are highest when applying with this ecological organic fertilizer at a rate of 3750kg.667m"2. This biological organic fertilizer can make pH, soil density low, but cause the soil porosity and capillary supporting water high.Applying the ecological organic fertilizer 3750⁵000kg.667m"2 solely or this ecological organic fertilizer 2500³750kg.667m"2 with proper inorganic fertilizer can increase the value of total chloroplast pigment and compositions of pumpkin functional leaves at early stages, but lower than applying chook feces at later stages. The content of N P K in pumpkin functional leaves is highest when applying the ecological organic fertilizer at a rate of 3750kg.667m and accompanied by proper inorganic fertilizer.Applying the ecological organic fertilizer and accompanied by inorganic fertilizer can promote vegetative growth and plant height of pumpkin. It can obviously make pumpkin mature earlier, when applying this ecological organic fertilizer solely. Applying the ecological organic fertilizer at a rate of 2500kg.667m"2, the number of fruits per plant, yield per plant and total yield are highest. Under this experiment condition, applying the ecological organic fertilizer, the proportion between income and investment reduced.Applying this ecological organic fertilizer at a rate of 2500-3750kg.667m² with proper inorganic fertilizer can obviously increase the content of Vc and soluble solid matter of pumpkin fruit in greenhouse, but markedly lower when applying ecological organic fertilizer solely. It can improve. content of soluble sugar, but the effect of this ecological organic fertilizer is low comparing with applying chock feces. It can improve the content of soluble protein when applying the ecological organic fertilizer properly, It can obviously decrease the content of NO3" of pumpkin fruits applying this ecological organic fertilizer solely, which is most effective at a rateof2500kg.667m'2.The complex substrate of ecological organic fertilizer, vermiculite and turf (1:1:1), or ecological organic fertilizer and vermiculite (1:1) can improve growth and development of hot pepper. It mainly represent as follows: increasing plant height, stem diameter, leaf numbers and photosynthesis, making flowering and maturing earlier, yield higher. However it is not effective when only using ecological organic fertilizer as substrate.
