Internal and overseas people are favor of vegetable soybean, because of its high nutritional value, delicious taste and economic profit. In our country, the study of vegetable soybean is in the initial stages. Besides Taiwan, the utilization and producing is focus on Fujian and Zhejiang province. As so on, varieties in our city are simplex, so introduce into processing -style vegetable soybean and utilize fertilization technique to improve quality is exigent.In this article , Sensory and nutrient qualities, effect of fertilization on plant growth and production, effect of fertilization on quality and effect of "Nong Ge Da" mulriple fertilize on vegetable soybean materials were studied.1. The results show that the sensory and processing qualities of five soybean materials are all suit to the breeding request, "505"and "303"are more outstanding. Through planting with "75", it can prolong producing period and obtain more export.2. Fertilizer application play an important role on growth and yield of vegetable soybean, among them nitrogen was more important than others, a starter N of urea 25kg/hm~2 was insufficient for maximizing plant growth and yield only before sowing . Total yield of "203" increase 25%~28% and "206" increase 10%~15%. Increasing of Number of full legumen in individual plant is the main reason.3. Proper amount of NPK(a unit of area, Urea : 20kg ;Ca,Mg, P fertilizer: 30kg;KCl: 7.5kg)Chemical fertilizer applied and their ratio promoted the nutrients uptake by plant and accumulation of dry matter, improved the quality of vegetable soybean. Total biomass can increase 31.51 %~71.95%.4. There is greater effect of soil nutrient level on farm products quality. The fertility of YEYIN DI soil is higher, its total biomass increase most, but increasing rate is lower, only 55.12%; LIU SHABAN soil is reverse, increasing rate achieve 75.20%.
