Researching The Application Of The Arc Spring-finger In Plastic Film Residue Collector

In this paper,the present conditions of the plastic film residue collecting and the obligation or importance of the development of the plastic film residue collector. Based on the study on the 4JSM-1800 type cotton stem-cutting and plastic film residue-collecting teamwork machine,the study on the key work parts of the arc spring-finger in the machine cylinder applying visualized virtual design and simulation technologies are conducted. Field investigation has been carried out to provide tech support for the structure techniques and parameter design of the plastic film residue-collecting cylinder. For these purposes,mainly from following study on several aspects are conducted in this paper:1. Analysis has been carried out on the kinematics,dynamics and mechanics of the cylinder working parts——arc spring-finger. The rule of the arc spring-finger′s movement tract and the velocity,which plastic film residue relatives to the arc spring-finger, has been gained using MATLAB simulation. The strength requirement of the arc spring-finger material contented has been attained by mechanics analysis.2. The research on the heat treatment processibility of the arc spring-finger material is carried out to look after the optimum norm of the heat treatment processibility and to provide the reference frame of the heat treatment processibility for the industrialization production of the arc spring-finger. 3. The wear mechanism of the arc spring-finger is abrasive grain wear by the research of the abrasive wear resistance of the arc spring-finger and the analysis of the abrasive wear resistance of the arc spring-finger is carried by experiment.4.
