Along with the our country grape and the grapewine industries increasingly prosperous, carry on grafting of the grape cultivation was a development trend in aftertime , the technical research of grape grafting and using makes the prominent function doubtless . Therefore, studying the grape grafting technique and its characteristics have an important but profound meaning.In this trial,seven table grape species,four rootstocks cultivars,one wild grapevine species and six tube grape species had been researched for the first time .Some conclusions were summarized as followed: 1.Through a hard grafting could know: Grape species Fujiminori and Hongdiqiu had better compatibility when they were grafted the rootstocks (Vitis berlandierri×Vitis riparia) and (Vitis berlandierri×Vitis riparia).Howere,they showed worse compatibility when Fujiminori and Hongdiqiu were grafted (Vitis piasezkii maxin. Var.Piasezkii). 2.The surviving rate and ability of through winter of green grafted plants related grafting period closely,the trail showed:the best graft period was from the last ten days of May to the first twenty days of june in Gansu Lanzhou. 3.With many years of graft experiment in the field ,we discovered that different degree chlorosis symptom appeared when grape species Fujiminori ,Benizuiho and Hongdiqiu were grafted Rizamat rootstock.but the grafted plants of Zizhenxiang showed no chlorosis symptom. So experiment was carried on originally with Rizamat as rootstock , Zizhenxiang as medium rootstock , taking grafted plants the above part of the root in growing period, each graft combination took 3 plants,The active iron content and total iron content of scions,rootstocks and medium rootstock of grafting plants were determined using WYX-9004 type atomic absorption spectrophotometer before falling leaves.It showed that Zizhenxiang could increase the active iron content and total iron content of scion of second grafted plants as medius rootstocks to first grafting ,and it could control significantly chlorosis disease to those grape species. 4.The reaserch was carried on with different growth days simple In Vitro and Bata seedling and the result showed that it had highest surviving rate by tube simple graft only graft material growth period from 30 days to 45 days. 5.Through graft experiment with simple In Vitro ,the result could be hold that grafted plants not only had lower surviving rate , growth also extremely slowed-moving and it expressed the graft stem had obvious pole. 6.The reaserch was carried on between tube graft and tube simple graft ,the result showed that tube simple graft not only simplified the operation step , shortenned the operation time, aised surviving rate ,overcomed bacteria pollution , but also had quickly growth speed, thicked stem and shortened stanza of scions. Thus ,in regard to more be advantageous to move plant and grow, can provide strong grafted plants for production.Therefore,carrying on the tube simple graft research had compare tube graft directly practical worth. for production.
