Selections Stock-scion Combination And Studies On Graft Affinity In Early Stage Of Different Combination Of Rootstocks And Scions Of Grape

This paper studied graft affinity of different combination of seven rootstocks and three scions of grape by coming field biology and indoor physiological and biochemical analysis. In order to selection good rootstocks and stock-scion combination .Meanwhile, this paper studied relations between graft affinity and those index, the result showed:(1) The difference of graft compatibility was achieved in different stock-scion combination. Red Globe/101-14,Jingxiu/101-14,Yatomi Rosa/101-14,Yatomi Rosa/Meizhen,the survival rate is the highest and above 90%.Jingxiu/Beta ,Jingxiu /Meizhen,Yatomi Rosa/Beta, the survival rate is the higher and above 80%;RedGlobe/Beta,Red Globe/Meizhen,Yatomi Rosa/3309C,Yatomi Rosa/1103P and Yatomi Rosa/SO4,the survival rate is under 80%.(2) The significantly difference of growth of new shoot in among stock-scion combination.Yatomi Rosa/101-14,Yatomi Rosa /Meizhen,the growth of new shoot was the longer than those rootstocks.Meanwhile,RedGlobe/101-14,Jing xiu/101-14,Jingxiu/BeTa, the growth of new shoot was the longer than other stock-scion combination.(3) The difference of Water potential of stock and scion was closely relevant to graft compatibility. The graft easy to survive when water potential of rootstock is higher than scion, otherwise, the survival rate of grafting was low.(4)Graft could affect net photosynthetic rate of grafted seedling. Red Globe/101-14,Yatomi Rosa/101-14,Yatomi Rosa/Meizhen Yatomi Rosa/ BeTa, Jingxiu/101-14,Jingxiu /BeTa, the net photosynthetic rate of founctional leaves were higher than those stock-scion combination and in the control ones.(4)The pertinence among absolute value of TSS content ,soluble protein content difference of stock-scion and graft affinity,the relativity coefficient are -0.920 and 0.944, showed much difference each other. That is to say the difference is lower but graft affinity is higher. The difference of TSS content and soluble protein content are minus relativity with graft affinity ,which may forecast grafting affinity qua index.(5)By analysis the pertinence among POD ,CAT ,PPO activity and graft affinity, the result showed that absolute value of POD,CAT,PPO activity difference of rootstocks and scions are connected with the graft compatibility, the relativity coefficient are -0.801,-0.935 and -0.989,that is to say the difference is lower but graft affinity is higher,which may forecast grafting affinity qua index.(6)By coming field biology and physiological and biochemistry analysis, 101-14,Beta,Meizhen of good rootstocks are filtrated ,and favorable combinations of rootstocks and scions of grape are RedGlobe/101-14,Jingxiu/101-14,Jingxiu/Beta,Yatomi Rosa /101-14 and Yatomi Rosa /Meizhen.
