Two experiments were conducted to study the effects of extrusion and enzyme addition to CSBR on the nutrients utilization for grower pigs.In Exp.1, 96 cross-bred (Duroc×Landrace×Large White) piglets weaned at d24 of age were randomly divided into four groups according to a 2×2 factorialdesign. The animals were fed four diets: (1) CSBR without enzymes supplementation diet, (2) CSBR supplemented with 625 mg α-amylase /kg (2509 U/kg diet) and 200mg glucoamylase /kg (20018 U/kg diet) diet, (3) NTECSBR without enzymes supplementation diet, and (4) NTECSBR supplemented with 625 mg a-amylase/kg (2508 U/kg diet) and 200 mg glucoamylase /kg (20010 U/kg diet) diet. The results demonstrated that extrusion resulted in a poorer (P<0.05) feed/gain for weaned pigs, extrusion or enzyme supplementation had no influence (P>0.05) on the ADFI and ADG for weaned pigs. Extrusion significantly improved (p<0.05) the activity of duodenal maltase at d 45 and glucoamylase at d 59, it heavily decreased (p<0.05) most jujunal disaccharidase activity and extremely improved (p<0.01) jejunal a-amylase at d 59; Exogenous enzyme supplementation markedly affected (p<0.05) those carbohydrase activity as follows: pancreatic a-amylase and glucoamylase at d 45, pancreatic a-amylase at d 59; duodenal a-amylase and glucoamylase at d 59, duodenal maltase at d 45; jejunal a-amylase, lactase, maltase at d 59 and ileal trehalase at d 45; the effects (p<0.05) of interaction between extrusion and enzyme addition existed at d 45 on the activity of ileal a-amylase and duodenal maltase, and at d 59 on the activity of pancreatic, duodenal and jejunal a-amylase, duodenal glucoamylase and isomaltase, jejunal lactase, isomaltase and a-amylase. Extrusion, exogenous enzyme and their interaction have- no heavy influence on the content of SG and SUN (p>0.05).In Exp.2, six grower pigs (initially 18.00±0.60 kg BW) fitted with ileal"T"-cannulas were used in a 6×6 Latin Square Design. The diets included LTESBR(80℃), NTESBR(120℃) and CSBR with or without exogenous enzyme...
