Eight varieties of edible chrysanthemum having been introduced from the city of Guiyang into this experiment to widely cultivate and naturalize, we study the effect of IBA on the stem planting of edible chrysanthemum, the influence of regulation on their development and production, comparison of phonological phase, quantitative characters in botany and their inner quality. The results are as follows:1 Cuttage and root-dipping to the edible chrysanthemum with IBA(50mg · L-1, 100 mg · L-1,150 mg · L-1, 200 mg · L-1), survival rate of the shoot for cutting reaches 100%, 8.75% increase than the contrast; average number of their rooting is up to 63, 43 increase than the contrast.2 To shoot for cutting of such four types of edible chrysanthemum as "jinlongxianzhua" "Jingouwanjuan" "taizhenhanxiao" "longsiju", the most suitable concentration of IBA to promote rooting is 150mg· L-1, while to the other types of edible chrysanthemum as "baixueqiu" "daoguajingou" "baoziqiu", the most suitable concentrations is 100mg· L-1.3 Through regulations as removal, training, shoot erasing and distance, 138% increase of anthotaxy diameter than the contrast.4 Growing seedlings of all types needs 37 day, then the edible chrysanthemum can be transplanted to open ground; from transplantation to budding, 92-98 days, and the average temperature to budding is 19.5 ℃-20.2℃; from budding to flowering, 35-42 days, and the average temperature to flowering is 11.9℃ -13.2℃; from flowering to blossom is 23-30 days, and the average temperature to blossom 4.6℃-10.2℃.5 Among them the three types of edible chrysanthemum as "taizhenhanxiao", " baixueqiu" , "baoziqiu" grow in good condition, in high yield with good inner quality which can be developed in Shanxi province with great effort.
