In this paper, the biological effects of Ar+ ion and transfer Salicornia euro-pae DNA into Medicage sativa via low energy Ar+ ion beam were studied primarily. It was studied that biological effects of Ar+ ion implantation on Medicage sativa which contain germination rate , germination ability rate of treated seeds ,root length ,mitotic index of root tip cells ,seeding high ,seeding weight were fitted typical curves. "Saddle"line of germination rate was investigated due to the dosage of Ar+ ion implantation. Ar+ ion implantation caused mutation of peroxides isoenzy and peroxidase isoenzyme activity. The activities of catalase(CAT) ,peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were enhanced under dosage of 6×1016 Ar+/cm2 ion beam implantation and with the growth of plant , activity of these enzymes increased gradually. It indicates that the suitable dosage of Ar+ ion implantation can weaken the lipid peroxidation . The isoenzymes zymogram of peroxidase showed that plants were affected distinctly by Ar+ion beam radiation .Amount of enzymic belts on peroxidase isozymes of seedling had not changed ,while activity of peroxidase isozymes had changed, under dosage of 6×1016 Ar+/cm2 ion beam implantation, the Ar+ion beam radiation had a great influence on activity . By means of investigation of Salicornia europae DNA transformation into Salicornia .europae induced by low energy Ar+ ions beam ,the screening of salt tolerance of some transgenic plants were and using RAPD (Random amplified polymorphic DNAs) technique , some polymorphic DNA fragmments was amplified. This primarily indicated that the donator DNA fragments gene were introduced into the receptor cell and integrated into the genomic DNA of receptor .
