The Study Of Crude Astragalus Polysaccharide On Boilers' Growth And Ragulation Of Metabolism

To study the effect of crude astragalus polysaccharide on broilers'growth and regulation of metabolizm,we did four Experiments.Experiment one: The astragalus materials were boiled with water,precipitated with alcohol to made the crude astragalus polyscchride , We also determined the content of polysacchrade in astragalus abstract.Experiment two: Three hundred Seven-day-old Avian broilers were used to evaluate the effects of crude astragalus polysaccharide on the performance, nutrient digestibility and the activity of digestive enzyme .The chicks were housed in 30 cages and assigned to five treatments with six replicates inside. Each cage had 10 birds(five males and five females).Five treatments were:basal diet,added with 5mg/Kg Avilamycin,basal diet added with 0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% crude astragalus polysaccharide respectively.The results indicated that addition of 0.2% and 0.3% crude astragalus polysaccharide could improve body weight gain, reduce F/G.0.3% crude astragalus polysaccharide could improve the digestibility of CP;0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% crude astragalus polysaccharide apparently reduced the digestibility of crude fat.There was no significant effect on AME.0.2% crude astragalus polysaccharide apparently enhanced the activity of AMS,LPS and total protease in duodenum. Compared with Avilamycin, crude astragalus polysaccharide could improve the digestibility of CP, apparently reduced the digestibility of crude fat but had no significant effect on broilers' body weight,body weight gain , F/G and AME.Different quantity of crude astragalus polysaccharide had effects on the activity of digestive enzyme respectively.Experiment three: We selected thirty 28-day -old broilers and slaughtered to study the effect of crude astragalus polysaccharide on antioxidization capacity and immune organs' development ,. The results indicated that 0.1% crude astragalus polysaccharide could enforce serum GSH-PX and SOD activity,and remarkably dropped serum MAD concentration,0.2% and 0.3% crude astragalus polysaccharide could significantly improve the weight ratio for thymus and bursal ,had no effects on spleen.compared to Avilamycin, 0.1% crude astragalus. polysaccharide could enhanced the serum SOD activity,0.2%and 0.3% crude astragalus polysaccharide...
