In this paper, SSR,AFLP and 2D-PAGE techiques were used to assay common wheat,wheat-relative species, Triticum durumand wheat-Hayaldia Villosa substitution line, translocation line. The results are as following:l.The analysis of SSR:SSR analysis indicated that the band patters of cultivar wheat,substitution line(6V/6A) and translocation lines(6VS/6AL) (6VS/6DL) are similar in the primer Xgwn52, Xgwn518, Xgwn119, Xgwn232, Xgwn264, Xgwn642. In other primers(Xgwn111, Xgwn88, Xgwn114),there are a little differience. However there are quite different among the cultivar wheat, substitution line,translocation lines and H. Villosa(VV) because of different genome.2. AFLP system:Temlplate,Mg~2+,taqpolymerase and primer were designed, preliminary studies have been made concerning the polymorphism among Triticum durum, wheat-Hayaldia Villosa, chromosome substitution line, wheat-relatives and translocation lines.3. The analysis of 2-D:By 2D-PAGE techniques,comparative study on leaf proteins has been made in cultivar-wheat (AABBDD), chromosome substitution line(6V/6A), translocation lines((6VS/6AL) (6VS/6DL) and H.Villosa(VV).
