Forest resources have long been of basic importance for one country to keep zoology balance and national economy stable. Forestry sectors not only provide our society with resources to meet the need of social production and life through wood transaction, but also acquire economic benefit to maintain their own development and increase our country's income. Combined with corresponding calculating languages (software): Matlab, Lindo, Lingo, such knowledge as Numerical analysis, Regress analysis, Shortest path, Arrangement analysis, and Operational research and so on are also applied in the paper. This article, makes a study of establishing a system of wood cutting and transport within the limits of large forest zone which takes tree farm as its basic unit, and obtaining the maximization of economic benefit without hindering the Permanent development of the forest resources in the large forest zone as well.
