Study On The Designation Of Permanent Basic Farmland Around The City Of Yantai

Our country since ancient times is a large agricultural country,the land provides a place for all of our activities,is a necessary material foundation for our survival and development,is closely related to our production and life.As the essence of land cultivated land,agricultural products,provides a variety of food sources for our production and life,to provide the material guarantee for the healthy development of our economy and the stability of society,since ancient times has attracted much attention.The basic farmland is the best farmland,priority among priorities of cultivated land protection is the protection of basic farmland so as to protect the country's food security,it is necessary to strengthen the protection of basic farmland,to the high quality in the land For special protection.Although China's total arable land area is relatively large,but because of China's population is more,resulting in less per capita arable land area in China,only the world per capita arable land area of about 1/4,and cultivated land distribution in China is not uniform throughout the country,more than 90% of the arable land distribution in China the southeast,at the same time,quality of cultivated land is very small,therefore,the large population,grain demand,and lack of farmland resources,the per capita arable land has become a serious shortage of basic national conditions at the present stage of land resources in our country.With the rapid development of economy in our country,the process of urbanization is speeding up and the blind expansion of urban land has become a common disease of many cities.Therefore,it is more and more important to define the high-quality cultivated land around the city as permanent basic farmland.It is of great significance to study the demarcation method of scientific basic farmland and to carry out scientific management and effective protection for its quantity and quality.In such a research background,this paper takes the cultivated land around the city of Yantai as the research object,carries on the study of permanent basic farmland delineation around the city,with the location theory,the sustainable development theory.Based on the theory of scarcity of land resources and the coordination theory of man and land,combining with the analysis of literature,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and analytic hierarchy process,the paper analyzes the cultivated land.Basic farmland and permanent basic farmland related concepts of the elaboration and differentiation,according to the collected 2012 Yantai land use status change survey data and cultivated land quality grade results and other basic data.The quality of cultivated land,topographic conditions and location conditions of cultivated land were analyzed.Considering synthetically,according to the principle of evaluation index selection,determine the soil texture,irrigation condition,drainage condition,slope,the continuity of cultivated land,the distance between cultivated land and traffic main line,the distance between cultivated land and town.Eight evaluation indexes,such as the distance between cultivated land and residential areas,are used to construct an index evaluation system.By using the method of GIS spatial analysis and analyzing the selection of evaluation index,using AHP to determine the weights of evaluation indexes,the standardization of evaluation indexes and construct reasonable decision matrix,the approach to the ideal point method(TOPSIS)to sort the evaluation unit,and ultimately determine the Yantai city around the city permanent basic farmland delineation results.The results show that in this paper.Based on GIS,the results of delineation of permanent basic farmland around Yantai City are higher than that of the basic farmland protection index issued by relevant land departments.The result of permanent basic farmland delineation based on GIS in this paper is put forward.With traditional basic farmland planning in quantity.The quality and layout of the detailed comparison,the results show.In this paper,the permanent basic farmland around Yantai city based on GIS is more reasonable than the traditional permanent basic farmland in three aspects.The method of delineating permanent basic farmland in this paper is more scientific and reasonable,and it not only improves the cultivated land.The working efficiency of protection also provides certain technical guidance for future planning adjustment.
