The Study On Evaluation System Of Ecological Benefit For Garden Landscape System

With the idea of harmonious environment for Human and Nature, residential environment has brought to attention of all circles. It is the important record index for the Green Residential Quarters. Garden landscaping system is the important part of residential environment. It is the only system which can be cleaned by itself in residential environment.At present, the research about the Garden Landscaping System in the Green Residential Quarters is concentrated on planning and design. There is not ecological benefit evaluation system of Garden Landscaping System of Green Residential Quarters. Absence of evaluation system for Garden Landscaping System leads to excess of unstandard Green Residential Quarters and beautiful green areas without good function. The facts indicate that the delaying of theory hinders the construction of the Garden Landscaping System. Research of the evaluation system is necessary.In this paper, based on study of the first Green Residential Quarters of Sichuan------"Impression of Reverview" in Chendu and fuzzy evaluation method, an evaluationsystem is established. This evaluation system is the theoretical direction for planning and designing. It will strengthen construction and management for Garden Landscaping System in the Green Residential Quarters. It will comprehensively improve the living quality of Chengdu. The appraisal results are the guidance and references for consumers.Using the evaluation system to "Impression of Reverview", the result are as follow:(1) The score of stability evaluation of the Garden Landscaping System is 75.63. Green ratio (C₁) is 40.7% and Green Space Ratio (C₂) is 48.20%. Average green amount (C₃) is 55.11m³/100 m². The Domestic Plant Ratio (C₄) is 48.65%.Tree Amount in residential quarters is only 0.6n/100m². It is much lower than 3n/100m² provided by evaluation standard.(2) The score of biodiversity evaluation is O.There are only 37 species. It is just more than half part of 60 species provided by evaluation standard.(3) The score of safe evaluation is 98.38.It is the highest score. Absorbed poison gas can keep the balance of release. And oxygen can keep the balance of carbon.(4) The score of evaluation for structure and function in system is 97.8342.The Garden Landscaping System has good accessibility. The average green looking radito is 52.89%. The used condition of natural material is harmonious with environment. The Garden Landscaping System in residential quarters is close connected to the Garden Landscaping System in outside.From above, the score of comprehensive evaluation for "Impression of Reverview" is 91.87. It indicates environment of Garden Landscaping System is in the better state for ecological benefits. Because "Impression of Reverview" is a Green Residential Quarters authenticated by country, the evaluation system established in this paper is scientific.
