Collection Technic Of Wild Osmia And Study The Use On Apple-pear Orechard

The collection technic of wild Osmia, the parasite bee of Osmia,energy of live of Osmia conifrons and application in old apple-pear orchard in Yanbian area has been researched, which in order to pollinate apple-pear trees by wild Osmia during 2002 to 2004. The result is following:1. There are wild Osmia conifrons in every Yanbian area, which the amount is different.Generally,the nest near the hill to houses that made earth and wood or the house around by many orchard or in the place where there are many flowers on early spring.2. The type of houses is a mainly factor to strech the Osmia comifrons in field.There are not magnificent difference of ratio of full-tube between the thatched cottage and free room, which is 37.53% and 34.57% respectively.But there are magnificent fifference between the thatched cottage ,free room and tile houses,the ratio of full-tube of tile houses is 16.40%.3. There are great effect collecting times to the wild Osmia.The sum of the wild Osmia will reduce year by year,which is 10980 ,7636 and 4711 in the continue three years.The ratio of year-reduce is 30%.The cocoon/nest is so,which is 2.57,1.07 and 0.89.4. There are mainly 2 species of parasite bee to Osmia comifrons in Yanbian area at present,which are Sapyga coma Yasumatsu and Chrysis sp.In the condition of 24℃ Chrysis sp.can cocooning early than Sapyga coma Yasumatsu.The fastigium is second day and seventh day respectively.The fastigium of Osmia comifrons'is on fourth day.The parasite ratio of Sapyga coma Yasumatsu is 3.40%, Chrysis sp.'s is 17.0% .5. There are difference in energy living between the wild Osmia and orchard Osmia,which there are magnificent difference in ratio of average cocooning between wild Osmia and orchard Osmia that three years continuing.The rotio of average cocoon is 80.75% and 65.69%.The ratio of breed between the two is magnificent at difference, which is 1.55 and 1.14.6. The technic of pollination on apple-pear with Osmia in the old orchard without pollinating trees was studied.The results showed that the number of single seed (1.62 grain) increased obviously. The ratio of the integrated fruit (24.66%)and the weight of single fruit (63.71%g)also increased compared with the non-pollinated.The net increase of benefit added up to 540.38 yuang/hm~2.
