The plant growth regulators (PGR) including GA3, MH, and NAA, and the antibiotics involving SM, KM, and SE were used in seedlessness on Red globe. To study the brio of pollen, the change of embryo, and the process of development on seedless Red globe, and to compare with the effect of inducement at different days, by different ways, and different concentration of various medicament. The result of technology in seedless Red globe indicated as follows. (1) it was proved that the Red globe had capable of fruition by removing the stamen, because the ratio of seedless berries reached 98 percent. (2) The oocytes and assistant cells have degenerated in mostly gastrula by GA3 and SM treatment. Parts of ovules have already degenerated, and the seed capsule has lower indurations in GA3 treatment. And in SM treatment, all of ovules have degenerated. (3) MH has the strongest restrain the brio of pollen on Red globe. And higher concentration of SM and SE also has withheld the germination of pollen on Red globe. The ratio of seedless berries, which induced at 3 days before blooming, was the highest. The effect of seedlessness was notable by dipping treatment. And in experience of expansion in seedlessness on Red globe, augmented impact by GA treatment was better than by 4-CPA treatment. Among these medicaments, GA at the concentration of 50mg/L, Seedless berries rate arrived at 63.2%, and reduced the content of titration acid (TA) at the same time. The ratio of seedless berries approached 60% by MH treatment, and enlarged fruit exponential and solubility sugar content (SSC). In NAA treatment, the effect was not notable. All of six kinds of medicaments, SM was effective to induce seedlessness in Red globe, but it also reduced the weight of simple fruit. In combined medicaments, the number was the largest at the concentration of 4-CPA (15mg/L)+SM (400mg/L). And GA+BA was not effective to induced seedlessness in Red globe.
