BackgroundIn this paper, how goat's placenta immunoregulatory factors (GPIF) affect on cellular immunity is mainly focused on. GPIF extracted from heathy adult goat are composed of low-molecular weight peptides. Experiments proved that the physical and chemical characteristics of GPIF were steady, and evaluation on their bioactivities showed that it could reach 10% in E- rosettes experiments. To prove deeply on bioactivities of GPIF and supply accurate preclinic data for medicament declaration, pharmacological experiments are required. Some researches showed that peptides of goat's placenta were similar to that of people's placenta by physiological fuctions. As people's placenta peptides act as immunoregulating medicament, pharmacological experiments of GPIF should be performed according to the standard of evaluation of immunoregulating medicament.Purpose and significancethe evaluation of immunoregulating medicament involves experiments in vivo and in vitro based on the methods in 《Rudder of Preclinic experiments of New Medicaments of People's Republic of China》 .Many researches indicated that placenta peptides mainly affected on T lymphocytes, furthermore, on cellular immunity which is mediated by T lymphocytes. Therefore, GPIF whose molecular weight is under 10KD was chosen as the research object, in order to testify how they affect on cellular immunity in BALB/c mices through T lymphopoiesis experiments, analysis on surface antigen on T lymphocytes in vivo and in vitro. Methods and results1 .Experiments in vitro 1.1 MTT method fitted to detect T lymphopoiesis in BALB/c micesSevaral factors may influence the veracity of MTT experiment, including...
