With the development of the idea of Environment Acceptable Pesticides, to discover anti-fungi active compounds or leading compounds from plants is an important way to develop new Reduced- Risk Pesticides. The former research discovered that the acetone extract, ethanol extract and water extract of the root of Sophora alopecuroides L. showed strong inhibition to mycelia growth of several pathogen fungi in vitro, and showed alkloids had higher anti-fungi activity and medical value. In order to find anti-fungi active compounds from Sophora alopecuroides L.,the further research were carried out. The results are as following:1 .Through the experiment that different solvents extract Sophora alopecuroides L. root, ascertain ethanol as the better extraction solvent. And the experiment of chemical component detected, showed there is terpenoids, volatile oils, phenylpropanoids, alkaloids, flavonoids, hydroxybenzene, aminophenol, and ester and so on .2. The activity of Sophora alopecuroides L ethanol extract including anti-fungi, weeding and anti-virus were tested .The result showed that:(1) it has good inhibition to the hypha growth of Phytophthora capsici Leonian, Thanatephorus cucumeris (frank) donk, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.)de Bary, Exserohilum turcicum (Pass)Leonard, Glomerella cingulata Schr.et Spauld, and Botrytis cirerea Pers. et Tris ex vivo with the concentration of 0.5mg/mL.. The rate of inhibition is all over 50%.(2) With the concentration of 0.02g/mL, Acetoacetate extract has the strongest anti-virus activity , the rate of effect is 96.03%. Aether extract taking second place is 75.625%.(3) The ethanol extract(0.2g/mL) has strong inhibition to the radicle and plumule growth of Amaranthus retroflexus L, Avena fatua L, Amaranthus paniculatus L.and Medicagos sativa L. The inhibition rate is all over 60% except Medicagos sativa L., especially that of Amaranthus retroflexus L. is 100%.3. (1) Antifungal activities of three compounds were tested on Phytophthora capsici Leonian , Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven , Botrytis cirerea Pers. et Tris and Glomerella cingulata Schr.et Spauld ex vivo with the concentration of 0.05 mg/mL, The results showed Stigmasterol (compound K3) had strong inhibition to the hypha growth of all of this four pathogen fungi , the highest rate of inhibition is 95.00% and the lowest is 45.45%.While the compound K2 has relatively lower activity . And all of the three compounds have higher activity to Botrytis cirerea Pers et Tris, that's the effect is more than 65%. Only compound K4 showed better effect of inhibiting Phytophthora capsici Leonian .(2) Anti-fungi activities of three compounds were tested on Botrytis cirerea Pers. et Tris in vivo with the the concentration of 0.5 mg/mL, the results showed that three compounds allhave potent protective and remedial effect on Botrytis cirerea Pers. et Tris , the rate of inhibition is more than 60%,especially Stigmasterol's effect is over 80%.And only the activity of sample K2 to Botrytis cirerea Pers. et Tris in vivo is better than that ex vivo .(3) Antifungal Virulence of Stigmasterol to Botrytis cirerea Pers. et Tris ex vivo was tested , and the EC50 is 0.034mg/mL.4. Under the tracing of anti-fungi activity, three compounds were isolated from the root of Sophora alopecuroides L.. The structures were established by MS , 'H-NRM , 13C-NRM , DEPT and IR. They are Stigmasterol and C29H46O.5. Study on emulsion formulation of Sophora alopecuroides L.(root) ethanol extract. As a result screening out the following compoundings : the active ingredient is ethanol extract (10%), solvent (80%) is Dimethylformamide(DMF) or DMF-Ethanol (1/1), emulsification substance (10%) is Tween-80, OP-10.
