The experiment was designed to explore the induction mechanism of simulative aerospace particle on the earth,γ-ray-radiation as control, mixed particle field exploded by The Beijing Electron Positron Collider(BEPC),and  was used to irradiate dry seeds of Triticum aestivum . In the range of the dose from 0 to 560GY, experimental result show that mixed particle field has significant mutagenic effect on the M1 generation, decreased seed germinating ability, seed germinating rate has fall; increased chromosomal aberration. The frequency of chromosomal aberration on the root tip cells and biological damage on the seedling, there are significantly dose-effect.There are higher  chromosome aberration frequency and more chromosome aberration types induced by mixed p article field  than γ-ray-radiation.M1 generation seed grown in experimental field show different biological damage, such as emaciated plant, even dead. An analysis of SSR polymorphism show mixed particle field have made wheat DNA serious damage, various damage type can be seen through band on denature gel. The majority of SSR polymorphism of treatment has less bands than control. B genome has more stronger genetic polymorphism than A and D genome, and become 'hot' after irradiation. There are 11 pair primers, most of them distributed in B genome, shown good polymorphism to distinguish different mutgents and dose among 48 pair primers. In M2 genernation group, there are many mutations, including spike mutation, awn mutation, etc. Mixed particle field induced more mutation types and higher mutation frequency thanγ-ray-radiation, and dose during 200-300GY is suitable for mixed particle field to irradiate wheat.ZhonGyou9507 has more mutation types and mutation frequency than ZhonGyuan9.The comparison betweenγ-ray-radiation and mixed particle field show that mixed particle field have stronger aberrations and biological damage. The different variety show different response ability to irradiation, zhongyou 9507 show more sensitivity than zhongyuan 9 induced by γ-ray-radiation and commingle particle field.
