This study was carried out using two Godetia inbred lines of Aerospace Cantaloupe (Huanghou and 93-1) and one F1 Hybrid (Zao Huanghou).Through screening of field mutantion and laboratory mutantion with plant,the conclusion as follows:Using twenty random primers amplified fifty-five treat-plants of H3 and CK 3 in the SP1,among which 17 primers gene rated the same DNA band types, and 3 primers (S223, S266 and S183) gene rated different DNAb and types. Twenty primers amplified 95 DNA bands, among which 16 DNA bands were polymorphic ones with a percentage of polymorphic bands of 16.9%. The size of amplified DNA fragment ranged from 300 to 1500bp. The primers s266 of them is polymorphic primers which was more higher stable with us. The individuals which were Num.4,Num.7,Num.15,Num.27 found greatly difference with other plants and the control from the RAPD maps, but mutantion was not found in the field.A leafcolor mutant was discovered among H1 in the SP2 ,whose color of its leaves changed lignt green, and increased zigzag of leaves'marginal. In the Late Stage of growth periods, the physiology is uncoordinated, and has not fruit set. Through tissue culture retented idioplasm resources of the leafcolor mutant. Through chloroplast pigment of H1 leaves from the leafcolor mutant measured, found the chl.b content of mutant 47 compares with treat plants and the control, which is 1/2 and 1/5. And the chl.b content of treat plant 48 compares with the control, which is 1/25. The Late Stage of growth periods were well. Three cantaloupe cultivars after Aerospace mutantion has different reducement of the ermination tendency and the germination percentage of seed. The fruit growth period and the growth periods of H1 existed extremely significant variation, and had lengthen ranged ftom 9d to 30d and from10d to 36d with the control in the SP1, hower, only H2 had extremely noteble variation in the growth periods of SP2, and increased 4d with the control.The Aerospace Cantaloupe in SP1, fruit weights, pericarp thickness, refraction suger contants and hundred-seed weights of H1 had bigger significance than the control; but the high sugar Cantaloupe (18.2%, 18.8%) were discovered between H2 and H3 in SP2. Aerospace Cantaloupe in seedling of SP2, found mutants which were number and shape of cotyledon, petiole shrinkage of leaf which was similar to leaf, and a petiole with double leaves among H1, H2 and H3. The Late Stage of growth periods were well.Aerospace Cantaloupe in SP2, discoveres mutants 17 of complete flower lines among No.114 lines of H3, and the variation rate reaches 18.1%. Between heredity rate to fruit of main stem of mutants of complete flower lines (DK109 and DK110) in M2 respectively achieves 93.3% and 90.0%. The heredity rate to nodes of main stem of complete flower lines with 2~3 complete flowers respectively achieves32.1% and 25.9%.The germination tendency and the germination percentage of mutants seed with complete flower lines has higher than the control. Mutants with complete flower lines in M1,M2, the fruit growth period and the growth periods compared with the control great reduction. The pericarp color changes ash, green and yellow, appears the golden yellow Halo Cod, pulp color has light orange and red and white. Fruit weights, pericarp thickness, refraction suger contants of mutants with complete flower lines has different reducement which compared with the control.But average fruit setting number is 2 times with the control. The the first complete flower set on main stem has risen 8 nodes.Fruit per plant of mutants is 2 times with the control.
