(2) The exceeding standard rate of Sulfonamides total residues was 66%. The residues were found in the samples of pig cow sheep and chicken, and the residues were higher in the samples. The residues of pork were high to 0.8509mg/kg and the residues of pig liver 7.360mg/kg. The sulfonamides residual question was the most prominent. Instructing the herdsman to use veterinary drugs reasonably, avoiding the large dose with the drugs and observing withdrawal time before butchered and so on were effective actions to control the residues higher.
