Investigation And Analysis Of Veterinary Drug Residues In Animal Products In Qinzhou City And Safety Management Countermeasures

Residues of veterinary drug refers to the storage and accumulation of drug prototypes or metabolites in animals or edible products(milk and eggs)after veterinary drug is used in the process of animal feeding.These residues of drugs or metabolites in animals and their products may cause poisoning,allergies,increased drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria,abnormalities and even cancer and other serious consequences,endangering the health and safety of human life.It is necessary to monitor veterinary drug residues in animal food.In order to comprehensively understand the quality and safety of animal food in qinzhou city,the residues of veterinary drug in main animal food circulating in the city was analyzed and the residual samples were investigated in the study,and analyzing the current situation,the paper points out some Suggestions on animal product safety management in Qinzhou city.1115 samples were got from four districts in the city,including 363 pork samples,322 poultry samples,40 milk samples,192 beef samples,89 mutton samples,29 shellfish samples,17 shrimp samples,63 fish samples.In the study,residues of veterinary drugs such as Sulfonamides,Tetracycline,Quinolones,Telmicox,Penicillin,Clenbuterol were detected in pork samples.Residues of veterinary drugs such as Sulfonamides,Tetracycline,Quinolones,Telmicox,Penicillin,were analyzed on poultry samples.Residues of Sulfonamides,Tetracycline,Quinolones and Penicillin were studied in beef and mutton samples.Penicillin in milk,Chloramphenicol and nitrofuran drug residues in aquatic products were detected.According to the results,128 farms or operators were visited and investigated.The results showed that the highest qualified rate of animal food in Qinzhou city was beef,which was 99%.The unqualified items were penicillin residue exceeding the standard,which was 1.69 times of the standard.The second is mutton,the qualified rate is 98.9%,exceeding the standard item sulfonamide residue,the maximum exceeding 1.37 times;The third is pork,the qualified rate is 95.6%,the main exceeding item is tetracycline drugs,the maximum exceeding is 2.52 times;The passing rates of milk,poultry,shellfish,shrimp and fish were 95 percent,93.8 percent,89.7 percent,82.5 percent and 82.4 percent respectively.The longer the breeding cycle is,the higher the qualification rate is.At the same time,the passing rate of aquatic products was low and the safety is worrying.The qualified rate of aquatic products is low,but the main problem lies in the operation and circulation.In order to ensure the safety of animal food in Qinzhou City,the government should pay attention to the supervision of the production sources of animal food,We will accelerate the construction of mechanisms and systems to improve animal product inspection and testing system,risk analysis and early warning mechanism,traceability system,market access system,recall system,etc.,and increase the enforcement and publicity of animal food quality and safety,so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,such as their health.
