The high-quality variety that this selected works are popularized with Shanxi, is used for studying the forming of different variety quality ; It adjust and control the forming of wheat quality through nitrogen to draw up plans at the same time.Results of studing are as follows:1, Indicate on four varieties for test: In a vesicle course dynamic accumulation trends of dry matter, nitrogen and soluble sugar of plant every organ of difficult varieties are the same in different varities, namely dry matter: Tread of leaf is down like straight line ;the stem , sheath and spike,stem,glume present the quadratic curve like throwing the thing , every organ transferred amount for the leaf >spike,stem and glume > stem > sheath; The nitrogen: Every organ at flowering stage is the highest, then reduce gradually,however the grain is just contrary to it and present increasing trend,N mobilization qusntity.N remobilization and N contribution to grain of every nutrition body for stem >leaf >spike,stem and glume >sheath; Soluble sugar: Every organ all present the quadratic curve which throws the thing, trend of soluble sugar of grain from flowering to maturing is down with C/N to be trend the same to present, transferred amount of soluble sugar, the contribution rate to starch is stem >sheath >leaf >spike,stem and glume.2 , A dynamic research of the starch while forming the seed shows: trend of starch accumulate is opposite to soluble sugar , trend of amylose accumulation presents increasing of " S " type, trends of amylopectin and starch accumulation are same, they increase gradually during the course of grain filling, the increase speed of starch is fastest in 20-25 day after the flower, and the difference is strengthened gradually among the variety. Trends of amylose/amylopectin and protein content all present " V " type, the lowest point presents in 20 days after the flower.3, A dynamic research of the protein while forming the seed shows: Changes of 1000-grain weight and 1000-grain protein present " S " type basically, they present remarkable positive correlation (r =0. 993 **),lndicate that on terms that keep the content of protein steady basically , it is to improve an important way that the protein accumulates to increase one heavily. Relevant analysises show: protein content of grains present notably extremely negative correlation with starch content and yield (r =-0. 904 **, r =-0. 807 **),The starch and yield present extremely remarkable positive correlation (r =0. 964 **). And yield of protein and yield present notably extremely negative correlation (r=-0. 495 **), indicate increase of weight by whether starch accumulate increase of quantity mainly.4, The aforesaid regulations of material accumulating transfer In a vesicle course are the same in four varieties, but different to some extent in accumulating the intensity , speed , level , quantity , proportion of operating etc., therefore main yield structure and main quality index also different to some extent, and results of the test that different variety quality forms show: Analyseis of quality index and yield form key element :ZhongYou 9507 belong to high-quality and high-yield variety;YunFengYou belong to high yield common quality variety, and JinMai 57 and NongDal 89 are good high-yield variety of Chinese wheaten food.5 , It shows that the nitrogen plans strategies for the result of the test: Yield is adjusted by different period topdressing and different nitrogen amount, three key elements of yield are made up best in 3×N and jointing topdressing.
