Artificial Climate Box and statistical method were used to optimize environment factors of JUNCAO P.ferulae in different growth phases, thus determine the optimal cultivation method of JUNCAO P.ferulae,. Heat and dry with the atmosphere pressure method, ignition residue method, micro Kjeldahl determination , acid detergent law, automatic analysis instrument of amino acid, atomic fluorescence spectroscopy and atomic absorption spectroscopy were used to measure the contents of moisture, ash, cellulose, fat, polysaccharide, protein, amino acid, heavy metal of tender JUNCAO P.ferulae and aged JUNCAO P.ferulae and results were comparatively studied.The optimal growth environment of mycelium of JUNCAO P.ferulae: the temperature range is 24-26 ℃, the water content of culture medium is 60%, the pH of culture medium is 8-10, the fruiting ratio of JUNCAO P.ferulae can be higher than 90% when repeatly stimulated under temperature of 0-12℃ for 6-9 days, the biological conversion ratio of fruit body can reach above 60% in the environment of which the temperature is 15-18℃, the air relative humidity is 85% and the illumination intensity is 200LUX.There was no significant difference between of water content and fat content of tender JUNCAO P.ferulae and aged JUNCAO P.ferulae .The protein content of tender JUNCAO P.ferulae is 23.65% higher than the later's, the cellulose is also lower than the later's, but the polysaccharide content is a little lower than aged JUNCAO P.ferulae, however, the difference of medical value two needs further studied.According to the measurement of amino acid, it was found that the total amino acid and total essential amino acid of tender JUNCAO P.ferulae are both higher than the later's.
