From 50 capsicum germplasms we find early-maturing and mid-maturing materials are in the majority, the proportion up to 54%. There are widely differences in agricultural properties between capsicum germplasms from different altitude. The variation of single fruit heavy is: sweet pepper type >cone type >Sheep's horn type >the finger type. There are 4 germplasms have high vitamin C content, most variety have higher vitamin C content; There are 7 materials have extremely high capsaicin content, most of them are late-maturing variety; 74% of the materials have higher capsaicin content; the capsaicin content of late-maturing variety is higher than that of early-maturing variety, the capsaicin content of mid-maturing variety is the lowest in all germplasms; Sum up the result of vitamin C and capsaicin content, 5 high quality materials 10 better quality materials, 2 high anti-anthracnose materials, 2 high anti-epidemic disease materials and 5 high antivirus materials can be screened tentatively. Synthesize to evaluate its anti-disease ability, there are 13 materials have strong disease resistance, 23 materials have stronger disease resistance, The antivirus ability of sweet capsicum is relatively bad. And screened 21 strong cold-resistant materials and 20 stronger cold-resistant materials. By correlation analyse, The correlations of cold harm index under the artificial climatic conditions vs. seed vigor index and conductance rate and the function under the jurisdiction of cold-resistant are great significantly negative, The correlations of seed vigor index vs. conductance rate and seed vigor index vs. the function under the jurisdiction of cold-resistant and conductance rate vs. the function under the jurisdiction of cold-resistant are great significantly negative also. All three index can reflect the cold-resistant ability from different aspect well, but the correlations between conductance rate and the function under the jurisdiction of cold-resistant is the best, the next is the correlations between cold harm index under the artificial climatic conditions and seed vigor index. The result of study has offered the important data materials for rational utilization and preservation of capsicum germplasms. |
