| Hot pepper is one of main export commodity in the Northeast , which has developed a integrant industrial form. The development of the hot pepper with swift and violent cultivated area, make the production of its seedlings in short supply. Adopting plug seedling pattern to breed hot pepper seedlings is a important way to realize hot pepper seedling-industrialized. Because it has a great deal of advantages , the most vegetables have gotten rapid development in our country in recent years, but it is too applied to see yet that there are more systematic research reports that it is on the hot pepper.The experiment regards "gold tower" as the experiment material, which is very popular in northeast of China ,and use the randomized block design of the single factor to screen a kind of complex host that is cheap and popular,so to decrease the cost of seedling price . We adopt source extensive- cinder as backbone of substrate, mix with grass charcoal and pig excrement, After screening suitable host, we study with host this for material corresponding rooting-zone and nitrogen, aiming at offering the theoretical foundation and practice technology for the fact that the factory of hot pepper seedlings. The result of the experiment is as follows:1.Regarding cinder as backbone of substrate, we mix it with grass charcoal and pig excrement, which can meet the requisition for seedlings abundantly .It can reduce the cost and realize the host localization. The mixed host is according with standard substrate.. The best host fills a prescription: The ashes: Grass charcoal: The pig excrement is 5:4:1. Compared with the one of priscription in common use(caotan:zhishi wei 2:1) ,the seedling cultivated is not bad with contrasting the differences of seedlings bred, which is according with the demand of hot pepper seedlings . The ashes: The grass charcoal fills a prescription better too for the host of 4:6. The ashes should be controlled in 40%-50% of the ranges2 .chose the complex substrate which we had screened, then we study the influence of rooting-zone. Studies have shown that 72 holes of plug can meet the need that seedlings grows . The root system development is very large and the hot pepper seedling is abundant, there are very high vigor and living beings amount of root system, and grow fine after planted in the field , the output improves largely. This rooting-zone can increase hot pepper seedling permeating material and have improved the adaptability to the adverse circumstance of seedlings. 72 hole record with is it compare to contrast, it can raise strong sprout index ,make root system living beings amount high,increase lateral root large percentage,improve hot pepper seedling active absorbing proportion of area. The behavior of 50 holes in cultivating seedling is superior to 72 holes of plates, but the difference is not remarkable. And the hot pepper demands to grow seedlings is short age , support the seedling amount to be big once only, speaking from the economic benefits, it is more rational for 72 holes of one to deal with.3 By measuring indexes correlated with the quality of the seedling, we could know high N was propitious to the improvement of shoot height and stem diameter. Middle N could promote the accumulation of dry material, Middle N could promote seedling index. At the aspect of photosynthesis capability, high N increase the content of pigment but decrease net photosynthetic rate. Middle N could raise photosynthetic leaf area, which was unanimous to the trend of material accumulation. At the aspect of root absorbing capability, root absorbing area and root volume in middle N was the highest of the three treatments, which had high root absorbing ability.By measuring carbon and nitrogen chemical compound, we could know with the seedling development, carbohydrate and nitrogen chemical compound presented respectively the trend of reducing and increasing. Low N was favorable to the increase of the content of the carbohydrate and high N was favorable to the increase of the nitrogen chemical compound .With the seedling development, C/N ratio increased gradually. About middle N treatment, the content of carbohydrate and nitrogen chemical compound were high and C/N ratio was reasonable, which helped the buds to differentiate.4. Through the comparison after the field planting of seedling that are cultivated in different hosts and rooting-zone, the experiment prove that: the treatment which cinder percentage is greater than 50% displaying and contrasting the difference remarkably in earlier stage because of the man-induced cause such as being apt of management style of the moisture in the plug . after field planting, certain turning back takes place in the inferior position, but the output difference is remarkable. Best substrate that screen fill a prescription the seedlings in later stage are in better growing situation , the output reaches the level of contrasting , but the content of the capsicim is superior to contrast.The seedlings cultivated in different rooting-zone are also in very fine growing situation, and the situation of health are better than routine nutrition earthen bowl seedlings. Each treatment has higher output than contrast. Between capsancin and capsanthin per unit content is equal with each other, but because of difference of output, the capsancin and capsanthin onthe land area of unit is all higher than contrast with the output of hot pepper. |
