Study And Utilization Of The "丰" Shape And Pruning Technology In Protected Structure Peach Trees

A "丰" shape pruning technology was established for peach trees by compare the different pruning model on protect field. Since 2002, the effects of different pruning technology on protected field peach biomass, yield and the quality were studied at Yuedong country of Shouguang of Shandong province and the experiment field of district of Wuqing science committee of Tianjing. At the same time, a project of show was carried out, at three countries of Wuqing and green continent Co. of Beijing. The results were:1. The "丰" shape pruning model has the character of easy shaping, quick product and high production. Results showed, at the one and two year of inseminated trees branches per mu field of "丰" were 5.64 times and 2.94 times of the same age sparse planted open center trees, while the product were 5.31 times and 2.96 times respectively of open center trees. And the same age peach tree in spindle model, which branches were 3.86 times and 3.52 times of open center model trees, the product were 3.03times and 2.66 times of open center model trees.2. The length of truck of the "丰" shape pruning model was 1.47 times of the same height spindle model, and only has one trunk, one layer of foliar canopy. Because the trunk prolonged and the foliar canopy was thinned, which helps to light penetrate. Obviously, the "丰" pruning technology have easyoperation and less work character.3. Compared with the spindle model and open center model, the per fruit weight, color, content of soluble materials, sugar and acid ratio there were significant difference. The indexes of "丰" shape pruning model was batter than the others.All of the experiments proofed that the "丰" pruning technology was more suitable to protected peach tree pruning than the general pruning technology, was advanced in practice, was worth extending and utilizing.
