Design And Implementation Of Web-based Pesticide Office Automation System

Aiming at improving the effectiveness of pesticide registration, accelerating system data processing, this study focuses on the Pesticide management system design and infrastructure based on Web.The Pesticide OA system of ICAMA was developed with ASP, Oracle 8 and Windows server 2000 to ensure its compatibility, stability and security. The system has seven functions:1. Accomplishing registration evaluation on network.2. Providing pesticide management database.3. Supporting existing office system and documental data flow.4. Providing BBS;5. Releasing simultaneous data on Internet.6. Publishing "Pesticide registration Bulletin" automatically. 7.Exchangeing data between inter and intra net.The system has been used for pesticide management in ICAMA, and will be a basis for the future projects.
