The Study On The Present And Countermeasure Of Plant Protection Technique Extension In Tianjin

With adjusting the crop structure and our country entered into WTO, agricultural pest convulsion risk and invasion probability increased quickly. Agricultural produce safely is confronting with austerity challenge. Extension and application of plant protection technique for advancing quality and safety of agricultural products and strengthening international competing power will exert important effect. Strengthening the research and extension of plant protection technique have important significance to the agricultural sustainable development.Extension system of plant protection which is extended all over the city and combined up with down is formed basically in Tianjin. Obvious achievement were obtained in the plant protection extension. But some problems were emerged such as extension system, extension method and service system. The present of supply and demand was known through consult literature, investigate and interview etc. The paper analyze the paradox of the supply and demand in the extension of plant protection technique. The question and cause of extension system, extension method and service system were analyzed.Some countermeasures about extension of plant protection technique were put forward surrounding the extension system, extension method and service system. The countermeasures are: (1) Innovating extension system of plant protection technique including prefect organize system, strengthen the extension network of plant protection ,instruct the law system, reinforce systematized techniques, set up information network of plant protection, establish quality supervise system, set down plant protection technique standard ,construct multiple extension system of plant protection technique which revolves the government. (2) Establishing the organize form which revolves around agricultural institute or plant protection institute. (3) Constructing extension system which revolves around the farmers and surrounding market. (4) Developing industrialization, establishing chain shops to form chain service mode of technique, information and material in city, country, town and village.
