This paper starts with domestic and foreign basic circumstance and research of wheat producing and species utilization,through investigating,statistic comparison analysis and logical deducing,sums up basic circumstance of the utilization of wheat species in China and Henan province.The paper brings up the views that structure of wheat species utilization in Henan province presents three trends.The first trend is that wheat species develops from dual monopoly to multiple directions;the second is that wheat quality develops from middle gluten to weak,middle and strong gluten;the third is that target of breeding wheat is changing from high and stable yield to high yield,superior quality and multiple resistances;the third is that the number of wheat species with weak spring is increasing,while the number of weak spring species is decreasing.According to the theory about utilization of wheat species and natural ecosystem in Xinxiang city,the paper analyzes and finds out the type of wheat species suited for Xinxiang.Furthermore according to the tendency of the utilization of wheat species in Henan Province and Xinxiang City,the existent problem about utilization of wheat species in Xinxiang is concluded.Based on local ecosystem and producing condition,it is put forward that if we want to make the utilization of wheat species in Xinxiang go into sustainable healthy orbit,the following works must be done.Those works include nine items:establishing management system of species,emphasising on authenticating resistance of new species and building up species prevention system,playing up key enterprise function,balancing relationship between protection and utilization,building up new species expansion system and technique cultivation system,and growing high quality species etc.1.Building species management rules matching with《Law of Seed》The administration in charge of agriculture should make norm of inspecting and approving.Species standard should be made to quantify index of quality and index of resistance.Catering to agricultural need,we should make aim of introducing species and approving standard.To species which are determined to be extended,we should regulate species introduction and enhance species checking and approving entrance.2.Emphasize identification of resistance of new varieties and establish preventing system of species.There still exist faults in system of trial of new varieties and identifying resistance of new varieties.Many species characters are found in the producing process after expanded. Researching and making use of resistance is meaningful.It should be told users clearly what to prevent and what not to prevent in expectation with reducing cost.We should establish the system of predicting and measuring varieties.In the region of high cardinal of sources of disease and insect,it is suggested what to be extended.By this,more effective result of preventing may be got.Meanwhwhile natural environment can be protected more effectively and the health of farmers and consumers can be guaranteed.3.Exert the function of leading enterprises in large scale planting.
