The municipal life waste is inevitable castoff in human daily life, and basis of life waste have refuse in kitchen, waste paper, waste plastic, waste fabric, waste glass, vert, ash and dust, tile, metal and so on. With rapid developing of social economy and increasingly centralizing of population, the output of MSW as well as rapidly increases. The cumulated MSW takes up plentiful soil resource;badly pollutes atmosphere, soil, water resource;destroys survival environment;is becoming the killer of nature and wound of earth. Simultaneity, human is suffering the challenge of resource pinch. Therefore, the question of resource and environment already become an important problem of human surviving and capability of sustainable development. So they are human common aim to accurately disposing life waste, controlling pollution, protecting environment and harmonizing development of human and nature.Now, the main methods of the harmless disposal of municipal life waste in the world are sanitary landfill, incinerate, compost, earthworm-bed and so on, but the ultimate aim is life waste resource treatment. Zhejiang Green-Summer Ecological Environment Protection Technology Co.Ltd. applies high temperature, high pressure and hydrolysis to dispose life waste, and produce organic abio-mixed fertilizer and organic fertilize. The company can dispose 200~250t life waste and produce 60t organic abio-mixed fertilizer, 30t organic fertilize in a day. The disposal technology of MSW is rather advanced, and it realizes "reducing quantity", "harmless", "resource" of life waste.This study is put in practice in Zhejiang Green-Summer Ecological Environment Protection Technology Co.Ltd. and mainly researched life waste in entire Xinchang city zone in whole year, then discussed the characteristic of hydrolyzed materiel and organic refuse fertilize. The mainly results showed that:1. Selected life waste to refuse in kitchen(seed capsule, leftover), plastic, life refuse(paper, cloth, lint ), glass, metal and so on by hand;It found that life waste in Xinchang in 2005 included 30-40% refuse in kitchen(seed capsule, leftover), 15-20% plastic, paper, cloth, lint ,2-5% glass, metal and about 40% waste in garden, ash and dust.2. By high-temperature and high pressure hydrolysised to dispose life waste, the resultfound that there were N: 1.02%~1.26%> P: 0.657%~0.873°/^ K: 0.891%~0.962°/
