During the aerobic composting process of the agricultural waste material, microorganism plays an essential role. This experiment was conducted with a large amount of materials from chicken excrement and wheat straw in a wide range of China to isolate the microorganism strains during the composting process of agricultural waste with the different level of temperature. When those strains with high capability of cellulose hydrolysis, protein hydrolysis and starch hydrolysis were selected initially to combine into complex microorganism agent, which had some advantage over composting degradation of agricultural waste . Based on the research on the activities of cellulose enzyme and sucrose enzyme under the condition of adding microorganism agent, the study showed that microorganism agent had some impact on the process and scale of composting and also assessed the indicator of maturity during composting, analyzing the role of selected agent in the composting at high temperature of agricultural waste. The main results are showed as follows:1.With agricultural waste such as chicken excrement and wheat straw at different phrase of composting as the source of isolation, the agent species was isolated under the condition of temperature ranging from middle temperature of 35 to the high temperature 50.Then the strain from the isolation were classified based pm morphology observation. Making use of experiment on cellulose degradation, gelatin hydrolysis and starch hydrolysis ,the strains with high capability of cellulose degradation , protein hydrolysis and starch hydrolysis A2,A4,A6,A8,AH2,AH3,AH4,B1,B21,B22,B24,BH2,BH5,BH7,J1,J3,J4,JH1,JH2,JH3,M3,M5,M10 were selected from the isolated microbial as microbial with high efficiency ,which was combined into complex microbial. Based on the cross experiment on degradation of chicken excrement and wheat straw , best strain portfolio, CM1(B21,BH2,A8,AH3,M10,J4,JH1)was selected because it notably promoted the degradation of agricultural waste.2.The experiment conducted with mixed material of chicken excrement and wheat straw shows that, the adding CM1 microorganism agent would cause degradation rate to reach to 53.29%, which was notably higher than those made by other strains. The degradation rate with microorganism agent were also higher than those without microorganism agent, which proved that microorganism agent could promote the degradation of chicken excrement and wheat straw notably. So CM1 could be seen as the external microorganism agent with priority for the degradation of chicken excrement and wheat straw. The experiment was conducted with mixed material of chicken excrement wheat straw and zanthoxylum meal in a ventilation and static state. Results showed that the activities of cellulose enzyme and sucrose enzyme with CMI had the same tendency in variation with that with microorganism agent, the active peak values of the two kinds of enzyme up to 0.0.192 mg glucose.(g.24h)-1 and 20.736 mg glucose.(g.24h)-1 respectively. The temperature with microorganism agent achieved 67.2℃at the 4th day and the activities of cellulose enzyme up 0.192 mg glucose.(g.24h)-1 at the 16th day ,while that without microorganism achieved 65.1℃at he 6th day and the activities of cellulose enzyme up 0.135mg glucose.(g.24h)-1 at the 18th day;the activities of sucrose with microorganism enzyme up 20.736mg glucose.(g.24h)-1 at the 14th day and the temperature achieved 67.2℃at the 4th day,while that without microorganism enzyme up 16.421mg glucose.(g.24h)-1 at the 16th day and the temperature achieved 65.3℃at the 6th day;the activities of urease with microorganism enzyme up 0.863 mg NH3(g.24h)-1at the 18th day and the temperature achieved 67.4℃at the 4th day,while that without microorganism enzyme up 0.692 mg NH3(g.24h)-1at the 20th day and the temperature achieved 65.0℃at the 6th day. Appearances of the three kinds of enzyme peak values were earlier than the treatment without microorganism agent, and among them celulose enzyme and sucrose enzyme were 2 days earlier. Applying microorganism agent would improve urea enzyme activity and its peak value.3. The experiment was conducted with mixed materials of chicken excrement and wheat straw to study the changes of oxidization and reduction enzyme during composting in a static state.Results showed that temperatures of different positions of the treatments of adding microorganism agent were higher than those of CK,and the temperatures rose more quickly than those of CK.The activity of enzyme of H2O2 in the materials adding microorganism agent reached the peak value by the third day 1705ml 0.001N K4MnSO4·g-1·(20min)-1,while that of CK reached the peak value by the fourth day 1697ml0.001N K4MnSO4·g-1·(20min)-1;dehydrogenase activity reached the peak value by the tenth day 8.39μl H+·g -1·(24 h)–1 under the condition of adding microorganism agent, and the value of that of CK was by twelfth day 6.57μl H+·g -1·(24 h)–1;the peak value of polyphenol oxidized activity was up to by the eighteenth day 7.33 gallate·g -1·(2 h) -1,while that of CK was by the 32 days 6.57 gallate·g -1·(2 h) -1.Through the study we could know enzyme under the condition of adding microorganism agent rose quickly and moreover the maximum of enzyme was also higher than the value of that of CK .The activity of the enzyme of H2O2 was higher than CK in a basic level during the whole composting process. The dehydrogenase activity with microorganism agent in the middle period of composting was higher than CK, which showed that adding microorganism agent promoted the decomposition of composting. The polyphenol oxidized activity, 26 days before composting was higher than those of CK, which proved that microorganism agent could promote degradation of lignin and its transformation.4. CM1 and CM2 were used as deodorizing microorganism for this experiment of chicken manure composting. The results showed that the injection of CM1,CM2 could eliminate odour earlier than CK for 15 to 20 days , and during 0-15 days, there was a lower average concentration of ammonia than the injection of commonly fermentation bacterium and check as the number of 6.6% and 9.3%.Additionally there was a lower H2S concentration, which achieved a better result of eliminating odor. The utilization of deodorizing microorganism could make the composting temperature last for 6 to 9 days upwards 60℃, and reduced the NH4+-N content, increased the NO3--N content than the CK, showing the efficiency of deodorization and N holding. It made the quantity of organic material increase notabley, TN, TP, TK by 8.6%,14.6%,15.6%和9.4%,respectively and also lived up to standard of innocuity sanitation for harmless treatment of manure.
