| In this experiment,the series of stocks,such as white seed pumpkin A1,A2,B1,B2,B3 cultivated by Hebei Agricultural University were chosen as experiment materials,and black seed pumpkins as contrasts.The effect on the photosynthetic characteristics,physiological characteristics,yield and quality of the grafting cucumber on different stocks were studied.The result of the experiment were as the following.1.In the seeding periord,the comparing result? of the net photosynthetic rate of grafting cucumber on different stocks were black seed pumpkin>B1 >A2>B3>A1> B2.The soluble sugar content and chlorophyll content of grafting cucumber on black seed pumpkin and Bl had no evidently difference,and higher than them on other stocks.The comparing results of soluble sugar content and chlorophyll content of grafting cucumber on A2,B3,A1 and B2 were similar to the net photosynthetic rate' s comparing results of them.The soluble protein content of grafting cucumber on black seed pumpkin,B1,A2 and B3 had no evidently difference,the next is the grafting cucumber on A1,and the soluble protein content of grafting cucumber on B2 were the lowest.2.The root length and root weight of grafting cucumber on black seed pumpkin,A2and Bl had no evidently difference,next were grafting cucumber on A1,B3 and B2.The comparing results of the root energy of grafting cucumber on different stocks were Bl > black seed pumpkin>A2>B3>Al >B2,but the root energy of grafting cucumber on B1 and black seed pumpkin had no evidently difference.3.In the beginning of low temperature stress,the SOD activity,POD activity and MDA content of grafting cucumber on black seed pumpkin,B1 and A2 had no evidently difference,but along with prolonging of time,the difference of grafting cucumber on different stocks were more and more evidently, the synthetical comparing result were black seed pumpkin>B1>A2>B3>A1.4.The diurnal variation of grafting cucumber both on the black seed pumpkin and on the white seed pumpkin were curve of two zenith,the nooning phenomenon were evidently.The comparing result of diurnal average net photosynthetic rate were B1 >A2> black seed pumpkin>A1 >B3>B2.5.The net photosynthic rate of different leaf positions of grafting cucumber on different stocks were all curve of one zenith,and the net photosynthetic rate of leaves on the tenth leaf position were the zenith of curive,indicating the photosynthetic ability of leaves on the tenth leaf position were the strongest.The net photosynthetic rate of earch laef position' s of grafting cucumber on A2 and Bl were higher than the corresponding leaf position' s leaves of grafting cucumber on black seed pumpkin,and the leaves of the twelfth leaf position of them still had higher net photosynthetic rate,indicating the grafting cucumber on A2 and Bl not only had high net photosynthetic rate,but could maintain higher net photosynthetic rate for long time,in favor of improving the whole plant s photosynthetic ability.The comparing result of average photosynthetic rate of different leaf position' s leaves of grafting cucumber on different stocks were Bl >A2>B3> black seed pumpkin>Al>B2.6.The grafting cucumber on A2 and Bl had more extensive range of using light than them on black seed pumpkin. The ability of using weakly light of grafting cucumber on A2 were the highest,and can maintain higher photosynthetic rate for longer time on weakly lighfin greenhourse, which were the reason of high yield.The grafting cucumber on Al and black seed pumpkin had similar ability of using weakly light,and the ability of using weakly light of the grafting cucumber on B3 and B2 were lower than them on black seed pumpkin.7.The grafting cucumber on A2 and Bl had more extensive range of using CO2 than them on black seed pumpkin.The ability of using low concentration CO2 of grafting cucumber on Bl was the highest.The grafting cucumber on A2 and black seed pumpkin had similar ability of using low concentration CC>2,and the ability of using low concentration CO2 of grafting cucumber on A1,B3 and B2 were lower than them on black seed pumpkin.8.The chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of grafting cucumber on Bl ,A2,B3 and B2 were all higher than them on black seed pumpkin, and chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of grafting cucumber on Bl were the highest.The each physiological index of grafting cucumber on B2 were all lower than them on black seed pumpkin.9.1n all testing stocks,the average yield of single plant of grafting cucumber on A2 were the highest,the grafting cucumber on Bl was the next,the average yield of single plant of grafting cucumber on B3,A1 and B2 were lower than them on black seed pumpkin.The average weight of single fruit of grafting cucumber on all testing stocks were lower than them on black seed pumpkin except the stock Al.The average weight of single fruit of grafting cucumber on A2 was the lowest,and the average weight of single fruit of grafting cucumber on B1,B2 and B3 had no evidently difference.The female flower ratio of grafting cucumber on A2,B1 and Al were higher than them on black seed pumpkin, and the femaleflower ratio of grafting cucumber on A2 and Bl were 25.2 % and 23.1 % higher than them on black seed pumpkin respectively,which was the one of main reasons of high yield.lO.The trophic quality of fruit of grafting cucumber on A2,B1 and B3 were more excellent than them on black seed pumpkin,and the trophic quality of fruit of grafting cucumber on A1,B2 and black seed pumpkin were similar.The fruit s surface of grafting cucumber on Bl had no frostlike powder,and the fruit' s surface of grafting cucumber on Al had little frostlike powder, which improved the quality of appearance effectively. |
