The fish protein liquid manure, is the organism liquid fertilizer from the low cast small fish after hydrolyzing with the enzyme. And some necessary elements should be added to the hydrolyte. Not only abundant nutrient elements but also many alive matters are included in this fertilizer. The effect of the fish protein liquid manure on promotiing crop growth, increaing crop yield and improving quality, have caused widespread concern in the domestic and international. A set of studies and experiments have been conducted by some former pursuer. Results of the field experiment showed that the effects of the fish liquid manure is significant. But few reports about the applying mechanism of fish protein manure has been seen. This has restricted the widespreading of this type fertilizer. For this, the study on the biological effect and the mechanism of application to the crop through the pot culture and field experiment .The main results showed that:1. The low cost small fishes are abundant in protein drawn from the study on them. This article discussed an experiment on enzymatic hydrolysis of low cost small fishes for obtaining protein hydrolysate. The result showed the optimum conditions are as follows: enzyme added 8%, temperature: 50°C, pH6.3-6.8, time: 4h, concentrate of substrate 1:7(solid: liquid) .The degree of hydrolysis of low cost fish is up to 92.53%.2. Some kinds of microelement fertilizers are added to the fish protein hydrolysis, and the seaweed liquid manure is also included. In that way, the liquid fertilizer can meet the standards of GB/T17419-1998,3. The fish protein liquid manure used in this experiment could promote the growth ofthe young sprout, root total absorbing area and active absorbing area of Chinese cabbage. In the application in various crop in capsicum, cabbage and tomato, the fish protein liquid manure could not only increase production significantly, but also could optimize the agricultural product quality and improve agricultural storage quality. Under the experimental condition, Foliar spray in the Chinese cabbage could increase the total yield by 14-28.8%. Tests conducted in Meijiawu village on tea showed that the fish protein liquid manure spraying agents could produce much more tender buds compared to the control, and could advance the harvest of the buds by 3-5 days.4. Two kinds of fish protein liquid manure both could accelerate the crop to uptake more nutrition elements like nitrogen, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese and so on., and increase the transfer rate of nutrition elements from the root to the culm and leaf. And the effect of the fish protein liquid manure on crop absorption and nourishment element transfer relates to the spray period and the times .And the effects drawn from the Chinese cabbage and capsicum are coincident.5. Foliar sprays fish protein liquid manure under the Adversity contents, the results of experiment showed that the fish protein liquid manure could improve the fastness of the crop with freeze stress and dry stress. Under the dry stress and freeze stress of, foliar application in all levels could lower the hurt of the stress the membrane permeability. And decrease MDA contents. The application of fish protein liquid manure includes two means: foliar spray and ground irrigation. The two means both increase the pH and EC, which will not bring negative effect on crops.
