In this paper, the process technology about how to make use of the low-value fish to develop the fish-protein-organic-liquid fertilizer (FPF) was researched systematically. And its effect of application and mechanism were also studied. The novel fertilizer not only supplied a new technology for making use of the low-value fish, but also gave a new choice for the safety of agricultural production and improvement of soil fertility. The detail results were showed as follow.1.The fish-protein-organic-liquid fertilizer(FPF) and amino-acid-liquid fertilizer were developed through the research of degradation process and mixture technology to the low value fish. And both of them have got the registration certificate of Ministry of Agriculture, that is, Agriculture fertilizer 2008 impending No.3205 and No.3325. Besides, the FPF had also received the certificate of Organic Food Development Center(OFDC) and the NO. is OP-0109-933-1040.2. In the germinating test, the results showed that the seeds of cabbage and tomato soaked with FPF could increase the germination rate significantly, improve their seeding growth and the ratio of root/shoot. Besides, the optimum use level for cabbage was in diluted 300 times, while the tomato was in diluted 500 times.3. In the cabbage pot culture experiment, the results showed that the FPF could increase chlorophyll, vitamin C content and the yields while reduce the content of nitrateno matter in spraying or pouring way. And the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the dry plants were also increased. Meanwhile, the soil organic matter and available nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium were improved remarkably when the fertilizer was poured. When it was sprayed by diluting 100 times and 300 times based of the basic fertilizer, the effect was no significant difference, and then it was better when FPF was poured by 0.2-0.6ml per kg soil than others.4. In the field experiment, the results showed that the rice yields was increased when FPF was sprayed at the spike differentiation stage than the filling stage while it was opposite to the rice quality. And the output of treatments was higher than the water control by 4.70%-9.07%. Besides, FPF could also improve the rice quality remarkably by increasing the content of rice protein, amylose and essential amino acids. While used in the orange expanding stage, FPF could also improve their taste quality by increasing sugar degree, contents of reducing sugar and vitamin C. The single fruit weight was increased by 35.29%and 15.86%respectively to the water control when FPF was used by diluting 300 times and 500 times.5. In the soil microorganism culture experiment, the results showed that the activity of soil phosphatase was increased gradually, and tended to be stable finally when the FPF was used, while soil pH changed little. The activities of soil urease and protease, and microbial biomass C, N increased significantly with FPF adding increased. Further more, there was a significant or extremely significant positive correlation with soil nutrient. It was illustrated that FPF used could improve soil microbial and enzyme activities, and the decomposition and transformation of soil organic matter and release of soil available nutrient were also enhanced. Besides, the activities of soil enzymes and microbial biomass were the best when it was used 14-21 days later.
