The main purpose of this research is to make use of agricultural climatic resources of Taihang mountain in Hebei Province rationally and fully. Based on the principle of climatology and the observed meteorological and hydrological data (1971-2000) , statistics and spline methods were used to establish the models of calculating agricultural climatic elements in fine grids of 100×100 meters under the support of RS (Remote Sensing) , GIS (Geographical Information System) and computer's technology. Taison polygon method was used to modify the simulation results of climatic elements for improving the models' accuracy. The agroclimatic zoning of some fruits (e.g. strawberry, chestnut and apple) was made by GIS, and agroclimatic indexes, soil conditions and landform were considered comprehensively. A good applied outcome was also given by the agroclimatic zoning of strawberry in Taihang mountain. This shows that the researched result may be applied abroad in Taihang mountain. It is shown that air temperature model was constructed by regression method through many factors such as latitude, longitude, height above sea level, solar radiation, shaded and open angle. The quadric spline function was used to calculate the beginning and ending of the limited air temperature and accumulated air temperatures (0 ℃ , 5 ℃, 10℃, 15 ℃).Radiation was the basic model modified by related factors. Because of its non normal distribution, annual precipitation model was built by the factors transform and the test of normal distribution firstly, and the factors of yearly rainfall were latitude, longitude and height above sea level. A proportion of month to year was chosen for monthly precipitation simulation. The accuracy of grids rainfall was enhanced by using Taison polygon modification.
