It is usually means of argo-climatic resources that are summed up as heat,moisture and light the three resources.These resources, the distribution of characteristics and mutual adaptation and so on, are formed a variety of agro-climatic resource type.Agro-climatic resources is a direct impact on agricultural production process, and can use for agricultural production of substances or energy of the agro-climatic factors. In general, the agro-climatic resources of its own money, over time, as well as resources, a combination of different type of magnitude to represent the quality good or bad; and resources to the different order of magnitude of each control area or volume as well as the magnitude of combinations of different types of resources under the control of the area to express how much their numbers. Agro-climatic resources as a special natural resource with an infinite loop and units of the limited time, volatility and relative stability, regional differences and similarities, as well as interdependence and transformation of sexual and other special.In this paper, the use of 1971-2000 years climate data in Liaoning Province on the status of agro-climatic resources conducted a detailed analysis and carried out mutation detection. The establishment of the comprehensive advantages of climatic resources index, forming a set of suitable agro-climatic resources of Liaoning, the use of comprehensive evaluation methods, and 2008 in Liaoning Province of agro-climatic resources of the comprehensive evaluation.
