| Abamectin is broad spectrum organophosphorus macrolides insecticide with contact poisoning,stomach poisoning and fumigation poisoning. It has good effect to control many kinds of pests on rice, cotton, wheat and apple etc. At present,it has been popularized in land, but its dosage forms were Emulsion and Granule. Especially in the whole system of emulsion, arene organic solvent toke up above 85%, which was harmful to environments heavily and waste huge resource. In order to reduce pollution and bring down its bad effects to Eriosoma lanigerum Hausmann,Pieris rapae Linne,and Heliothis armigera Hubner,the prescription and popularization of 5% avermectin ME was researched.The research could be summaried as followed:1. The prescription of 5% abamectin ME was filtrated. According to its physical and chemical properties, the xylene and tap water was selected as the solvent. EO-PO block surface-active agent and NPEPO4 is mixed as the proportion 4:1, used n-butyl alcohol as the surface-active agent,5% abamectin ME could be produced at the similar process to Emulsion. The specification of 5% abamectin ME is as following: abamectin: 5%; ketone solvent: 8%; n-butyl alcohol: 2%; emulsifier 2020: 4%; EPE: 16%; tap water: 65%.2.
