Influence Of Drought, Salt-alkaline, Temperature And Light Stress On Physiology Of Coptis Chinensis Franch

Coptis chinensis Franch is a perennial herbaceous plant and a kind of rare Chinese traditional medicine , belonging to Coptis chinensis of buttercup. Its rhizoma is the main officinal organ, and the function includes antifebrile, desiccant , and antidotal etc. It is suited for shady and damped environment, and sensitive to high temperature, drought and high light. Therefore, it is difficult to grow in other places ,at the same time, Coptis chinensis Franch grows slowly , the output is low, as well as the conflict of supply and demand is obvious. There are many researches about Coptis chinensis Franch ,but most of them are about distillation of ingredient , medicinal materials manufacture , finished products production and so on , and no reports on the study of the influence of environment stress on physiology of Coptis chinensis Franch so far.The research took Coptis chinensis Franch as material, studying the influence of drought, salt-alkaline, high temperature and high light stress on the content of MDA, Pro, Pr, Ch1. and the activity of SOD, POD, CAT. Meanwhile, the study still focused on the influence of SNP, CaCl₂ and temperature pretreatment to Coptis chinensis Franch under the stress environment. We hope that visible measure can be found to improve resistant ability of Coptis chinensis Franch.
