NMF microbes which were isolated and conserved in Microbiology Department of Nanjing Agricultual University,can decompose organic-offal. NMF microbes were composed by strain of B022, B023, Y124, Y127 and F04.B022 and B023 were thermophiles;Y124 and Y127 were yeast which can tolerate high temperature;F04 were actinomyces. According to their configuration , physiological and biochemical characteristics, B022 was identified as bacillus sp.,B023 was bacillus licheniformis ,Y124 was Schizosaccharomyces sp.,Y127 was Hansenula sp.,and F04 was Thermoactinomyces sp..1. Effect of physical and chemical characteristics of cow manure compost inoculated NMF microbesHigh-temprature phase of cow manure composting was advanced 7d-10d,and time of high-temprature phase prolonged 7d when inoculated NMF microbes. NMF microbes made odour of compost material reduce rapidly and compost emitted the odour of clay. Granule of compost material was diminished rapidly.These proved NMF microbes can ferment cow manure and improve content of oxygen, which can accelerate cow manure fermentation.The content of total nitrogen, NO3--N, organic nitrogen, total humus and humic acid were increased by 4.9%, 21.2%, 5.3%, 12.6% and 20.1% respectively,and that the content of total carbon and NH4+-N were decreased 5.4%, 51.4% respectively.2. Effect of enzymatic activities of cow manure compost inoculated NMF microbes Compared to control compost, in the inoculated compost,the time coming to peak valueof enzymatic activities advanced 7d-14d,and enzymatic activities of catalase, urease, acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, cellulase, polyphenol oxidase, intertase and proteinase were increased 30.1 %, 11.0%, 14.3%, 19.8%, 18.7%, 26.7%, 22.9% and20.4%.
