Study On Technique For Propagation And Planting Of Several Officinal Dendrobium

The paper take 1²a Dendrobium.moniliforme D.chrysotoxum, D.fimbriatum , D.aphyllum and D.devonianum as research objects,chosing the best disposal compounding for cutting and detaching of Dendrobium,through the RCBD and contrast experiment.In order to find out the best propagation mode,we choose the phytohormone nutrition matter and plant media with the propagation process. The main congtent and result as follows:1. The experiment result of D.moniliform D.aphyllum and D.fimbriatum cuttings is: it is no obviously accelerative effect for phytohomone to fresh twig'bourgeon and growth,but individual species and concentration can improve the development guideline in some sort,most are not ,even restrain the guideline by contraries.It is the first time to carry through the setcutting on dendrobium.The phytohomone we choose can not accelerate D. moniliforme D.fimbriatum and D.chrysotoxum bourgeon and grow.ABT₁ can accelerate D.aphyllum bourgeon;GA can accelerate D.devonianum and D.fimbriatum2. Different plant media has different bourgeon effect for Dendrobium quickset.When the media is river sand plus lichen soil plus thin brick(mixed equably),the quickset survival percent become much higher and such as the fresh twig's growth instance The media chosen principle is ventilate and keep water hydrophobe well 3. Fertilizating some plant food with watery concentration ,such as compound muck,can improve the fresh twig to bourgeon and grow.4. The result of detcching experiment for D.fimbriatum and D.chrysotoxum is that there is no obvious improvement effect for detaching fresh twig's bourgeon with different phytohomone and concentration; When take lichen soil plus perlite as main plant media ,fresh twig'of Dendrobium bourgron and grow well5. .The tissue culture experiment of D.devonianum indicates: O.1Hgcl₂ exterminate fungus...
