According to the data of general investigate for soil in 1981 and correlative maps in the LianShui Basin, Xingguo County of Jiangxi Province, comparing to difference in different sampling optimal and special interpolation methods have influence upon spatial variability of soil properties including soil organic matter (SOM), available nitrogen (SAN), total phosphorus (STP), available potassium (SAK) et al, which are studied with methods of GPS, GIS and Geostatistics.According to the theory of stochastic process and statistical sampling, the discrepancy in region land-use and microrelief et al, the best, least of soil sampling amount are ascertained by sampling theory and unified optimization method. The best soil sampling content for different soil properties which is computed by sampling theory formula: SOM (35), SAN (28), STP (37), SAK (28). Otherwise, on the premise of consistent soil-forming-factor in study region, optimize sampling directly from the discrepancy in region land-use and microrelief et al, and finalization the least of soil sampling amount in study region is 23. Meanwhile, compare two optimize result with the original data, the average and standard deviation of sampling point, space structures, space degree of similarity, region area, the average of area, and weighted mean area that all which are used as a standard of comparison, analyzing the extent of precise space expressing to soil properties for hilly microrelief by two optimize sampling methods. It proves that the whole expressing to soil properties which basis on sampling theory method have higher precision. However, so far as sampling amount is concerned, the unified optimization method has the least sampling amount to a certain extent, its target have smaller discrepancy to the original data and all acted within the error. The unified optimization method is nearer to original data than the sampling theory method in some standard of comparison. So, the unified optimization method is also reasonable, even has more practically and importance than the sampling theory method. On the basis of the software ArcGIS Desktop 9.0, exerting geostatistics module, analyzing and comparing to interpolate precision with different soil properties space expressing of six unified optimization methods, and educing space interpolate model which adapt to region circs. Meanwhile, comparing the difference of space expressing to soil properties for hilly microrelief by six interpolate methods that including inverse distance weighing (IDW), local polynomial interpolation (LP), radial basis functions (RBF), ordinary kriging (OK), universal kriging (UK), and disjunctive kriging (DK). And the basic statistical eigenvalue, geostatistics parameters, across validate error, space interpolate structure, space degree of similarity, and the area, average of area, weighted mean area of the soil properties classing content all which are used as a standard of comparison. So far as sampling method is concerned, it proves that sampling theory method have higher precision to mostly soil property. However, different interpolate methods result with the unified optimization method are nearer to...
