Design Of The Mobile Experiment Equipment For Fluid Jet And Study Of Planting Experiment With Water Jet

Bunch planting with water jet, a new concept for planting, was first put forward by ProfessorDu Ruicheng of Shandong University of Technology in 2001. After the joint effort of theresearch team, the basic experimental equipment for bunch planting with water jet was put intouse, and the basic theory for that concept was summarized. But as a result of the limitedexperimental condition, the datum gathered from the experiment and the process are notaccurate. So there are still more research to do.A mobile equipment for fluid jet experiment of agricultural engineering was designed in thispaper. This equipment can be divided into three parts, moving system, water supply system andmonitor system. Moving system is for the convenience of the test, water supply system canprovide water and pressure, monitor system gathers the data and observes the test process ontime. When the equipment works, water is drawn by the piston pump from the water barrel, thenwater is carried to the steady pressure jar. There are three pipelines connected with the steadypressure jar. The first one is connected with the piston pump, the second one is connected withthe water barrel, and the third one is connected with the outlet. In the middle of the pipelinebetween water barrel and steady pressure jar, a safety valve is fixed. When the pressure is abovethe wanted value, the safety valve opens, surplus water flows into the water barrel through thesafety valve. So the pressure value can be kept. Different pressure also can be got by adjustingthe safety valve. The datum of the experiment can be displayed on the LCD of the monitorsystem and gathered by the personal computer. With the mobile equipment for fluid jet experiment, the experiment of bunch planting withwater jet was done under the condition of sand soil. The experiment results showed that the jetpressure and jet time had great effect on the planting depth and seize of the film hole. Throughthe method of analysis of variance and regression analysis, the regression equation has been got.In addition, the high-pressure jet theory and the theory of jet impact destroy have been studiedin this paper.
