The Study On One Balcony Vegetable Equipment And Its Experiment In Lettuce

In the presence of the current situation that the high buildings were rapid constructed such as the bamboo shoots after a spring rain in the city,so most of the urban residents live in the building of reinforced concrete in our country.But health,green,low carbon,environmental protection,safety philosophy of life is peoples' desire and pursuant.Using the effect of space-specific of balcony in a small space of urban residents,developing the sustainability characteristics of the multi-function in growing,pollution of pure,low-carbon in balcony.So as to achieve a pollution-free,recyclable farming mode.Creating a green lifestyle for urban residents.As a result,the balcony vegetable equipment gradually into the life of urban residents.At present now,the form of vegetable equipment used in urban balcony is too rigid.Space utilization is low,fill light system is not perfect,seriously affected the growth and development of vegetables.To solve the above problems,in this paper,designing a set using for vegetable growing in the aspects of green and environmental protection,reasonable of spatial arrangement,easy to operation.The production has certain promotion value.Has been done the planting test in lettuce based on this equipment to prove the application effect of new equipment.The main subjects of report could be summarized as followings:(1)Designing and producing a equipment consists of three layers and nine pipes per layer which consisting of stainless steel square pipe and PVC-U pipe and a multistep vegetable planting machine.The equipment has 3 pipes each layer,24 cultivation groove and the distance between the cultivation slots is 12cm.Each of the light angle can be adjusted which using for accommodating variations in the height of the sun throughout the day,so as to making full acceptance of light.The multistep vegetable planting machine has 5 layers and each layer can be placed 2 pots.It can be used for leaf vegetables and fruit vegetables.(2)The main factors in the resident' s balcony space which affecting plant growth has carried on the effective monitoring and analysis.Including the information collection of the temperature,humidity,light and CO2 concentration.And analyzing the acquisition of data by matlab software.Discovering the variational rule of the various environmental factors in one day.Providing important basis for the urban residents in growing vegetables in selectivity.(3)Studying on the affection of the vegetable growing in the aspects of form and quality character based on the several market's equipment and the new equipment which in the same condition of the formula of nutrient.The results show that the new equipment can shorten the birth period of lettuce,increasing production.In terms of the quality of lettuce,the nitrate content of blade is decreased obviously,VC,soluble sugar,protein content have increased significantly than control and chlorophyll content was not significantly than the control.Root dry weight and fresh weight were significantly different than the control.Shows that using new type of vegetable equipment can make plants grow better,in the aspects of improving the quality and production has a better performance.(4)Designing and producing a light board which consist of plant growth light.The length of the board is 110cm and its width is 10cm.The fill light board has 40 positions used for installing LED lamp which distributed in 2 rows.The user can choose the installation ratio of the LED lamp bead which has different colors according to the types of vegetables.Then choose the appropriate DC power for connection.
