The special local product, which has a special economical and biological character, is a combinative results by natural choice and artificial measure under a certain land ecosystem in a region. Taking Qixia mountainous area as case study based on GIS, This paper researched deeply spatial-temporal order of land ecological factors (such as sunlight, temperature, precipitation and soil factor) in complicated topographty, and study the relation between ecological factors and the special local product—Qixia apple. At last, the paper estimated the land suitability. The paper studied the contents as follows:(1) Based on DEM, the paper simulated sunlight hours of study area by multiplayer composite analysis. The simulated result indicated that space variance of sunlight hours was notable, the minimum and maximum of total sunlight hours were 1230.05 and 2775.96 hours respectively, and the average was 2558.95 hours. The simulated result was authentic by comparing with the local statistic, which only less 4.15 hours than the statistic data. Multilayer composite analysis was available on simulating sunlight and radiation in complicated topographical area.(2) Based on meteorologic data, the paper established multi-regression equation to simulate ≥0℃ annual total temperatures and precipitation by amending the error with GIS interpolation. The results indicated that topographty had a evident influence on ≥0℃ annual total temperatures. Subtractive correlation was the trend between altitude and temperatures, and temperature change range was increase with altitude. Similarly, temperatures were increased with slope. The ≥0 ℃ annual total temperatures in sunward aspect was more than in shady aspect (sunward aspect was among 90-270° and the shady aspect was among 0-90°or 270-360°). The results indicated that the total precipitation had a greater diversity in space, and the distribution was presented a descending trend from east to west, which the range was 654.50mm to 853.09mm, and the average(743.14mm) was close to the local statistical datum (754mm).(3) The paper studied on the relativity between aroma component and land ecological factors by correlation analysis and step-regress analysis. The results indicated that the main ecological factors were ≥0℃ annual total temperatures, annual total precipitation, altitude and soil pH. ≥0℃ annual total temperatures and total precipitation were positive to the aroma...
