| The parameters such as the temperature, speed, pressue of the wind and the dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature, relative humidity of the air and the regularity of the air flow in the bulk curing barn were determined . the amylase change, the polyphenoloxidase change, the starch change and the soluble sugar change were analysis separately to the upper, middle, lower three spots tobacco leaves. The test results had indicated that:1 The wind speed, wind temperature and wind pressure were well-distributed in the bulk curing barn. The curing schedule can be successfully achieved when the flue -cured tobacco leaves were tied onto sticks or were ranbom put into the baskets and then loaded into the bulk curing barn for curing.While the curing schedule can't be smoothly achieved when the flue-cured tobacco leaves being arrange in order were singly loaded into the bulk curing barn for curing because the ventilating air can't ensure passes through the tobacco leaves which upseted down due to thoroughly wilted during the yellowing stage and leaf dring stage.2 The experiment that analysis of amylase active change, Carries on tobacco leaves of upper, middle, lower, in this process , the change of the α- amylase activeness in two curing methods was same. There were appeared 3 peaks, in the process separately: 12 hour, 36 hour, about 60 hours. The cures of the upper, middle, lower tobacco leaf was also same. The β- amylase active change rule in two curing methods was also same, there are appear 2 peaks in curing process: 36th hours and 48th -72 th hour achieves two peaks; The tobacco leaves of upper, middle, lower were also present the same rule in two kinds of methods.In different curing methods, the change rule of total amylase activeness was similar, there were appeared 2 peaks in process of curing, and achieved two peaks from start baked to after 48 hour, 60 hour.
