Curing were very important tache of final quality and usabilify of tobacco leaves, temperature and humidity conditions were the key to curing of success or failure during curing. In recent years, with the improving of tobacco production level, moderate scale plant of tobacco production become new situation , new tendency, bulk curing barn developed fastly also.Effects of different temperature and humidity yellowing conditions and color-fixing on physiological biochemistry and quality of tobacco leaves during bulk curing were studied by using the electric-heated flue-curing barn designed and made by Henan Agriculture University, application of bulk curing among production practices were explored, provided the theoretical proof for popularization and application of bulk curing barn. Its main conclusion is as follows:1 .During the process of flue-curing, the water content and the water loss rate decreased slowly during 0~24h, the content of losing water was 3.83% on average, the rate of losing water was 0.16%/h on average. The water content and the water loss rate increased fastlyduring24~84h , the content of losing water was 59.55% on average, the rate of losing water was 0.99%/h on average, then the water content and the water loss rate decreased slowly again after 84h, the content of losing water was 4.32% on average, the rate of losing water was 0.36%/ h on average. The rate of losing water of high temperature condition was faster than low temperature condition. Under the same temperature condition, The water content and the water loss rate was low humidity(relative humidity 75-70%) >middle humidity(relative humidity 85~80%)>high humidity(relative humidity 95-90%).2.With the process of curing, the degree of lipid peroxidation become strong. The activities of SOD,POD decreased quckly, the activity of CAT rised quckly then decreased within short time in six treatments, it was no matte high temperature low humidity(dry temperature 40°C, relative humidity 75-70% in yellowing stage), high temperature middle humidity(dry temperature 40°C, relative humidity 85-80% in yellowing stage) or high temperature high humidity(dry temperature 40°C, relative humidity 95-80% in yellowing stage).Under low temperature (38°C) condition especially low temperature middle humidity treatment(dry temperature 38°C, relative humidity 85-80% in yellowing stage), the activities of SOD,POD,CAT were more higher,it could remove active oxygen, keep cell...
