Effects Of Tobacco Leaves And Flower Buds During Curing In The Same Bulk-barn On The Cured Tobacco Leaves Quality

In order to enrich intrinsic aroma of cured tobacco leaves and improve the sensory quality,the tobacco leaves and flower buds were cured at the same time in the barn.Compared to curing,it analyzed economic characters,appearance quality,sensory quality,the content of conventional chemical composition and aroma substance,and explored the relationship between sensory quality and chemical composition,to find that the fundamental reason for what increases incense quality deeply.For enhancing the effect of curing flavoured and exploring the adding period and suitable proportion,the quality indicators of cured tobacco leaves were detected,which defined the proportions and period of adding flower buds,and manifest the effect of tobacco leaves and flower buds cured at the same time.For optimizing sensory quality of cured and flower buds and revealing the influence of cure tobacco quality and the economic characters in variable reinforcement phase,orthogonal design and quadratic response surface design were used to optimize the curing temperature and humidity and steady temperature time in the variable reinforcement phase,and analyze economic characters and the smoking quality of treatments.It was concluded that:1.Effects of tobacco leaves and flower buds during curing in the same bulk-barn on the cured tobacco leaves qualityTobacco leaves cured and tobacco flower buds at the same time had little influence on the economic characters,appearance quality and routine chemical components,but it had a great influence on the quality of smoking quality and aroma matters.It significantly improved the content of carotenoids degradation products,class westpac alkanes,maillard reaction products and new plant diene etc.2.The effect of tobacco smoking quality on chemical components during the different sub-process of tobacco curingThe relationship between smoking quality and integral components is significant.the yellowing stage,the wilting and the main vein changing phase have an important contribution on the smoking quality,the yellowing stage,the main vein changing phase and the drying leaf are the key period for aroma components,but the last stage have an negative influence;the most of continue chemical components accumulate in earlier stage,and less in the later period.3.Study on the influence of tobacco leaves cured and tobacco flower buds curing in the same bulk-barn on sensory quality of tobacco leavesIt was found that a large amount of aroma substances were found in the tobacco flower by detecting the content of the aroma substances in the leaves and the conventional cured leaves and flowers before and after curing.Further comparison and analysis showed that the content of linalool,ketone of betaMalaysia,geranyl acetone,dihydro kiwifruit lactone,giant bean three ketene,3-hydroxy-beta-dihydro Malaysia,tomato ketone ketone,furfural,5-methyl furfural,beta ring citral and 3,4-dimethyl-2,5-furan diketone in the cured tobacco leaves were significantly higher than those of conventional treatment.At the same time,the content of those in cured tobacco buds was significantly lower than that before.4.Study on the suitable period and proportion of tobacco leaves cured and tobacco flower buds curing in the same bulk-barnIt can be concluded that the tobacco leaves and tobacco flowers are most favorable to the quality of the neutral aroma in the cured tobacco leaves at the beginning of 42 ? during the intensive curing process at the leaf flower weight ratio of 10:1.By increasing the quality of the aroma of the cured tobacco,the flavor of the roasted tobacco was improved and the proportion of the upper middle tobacco was increased,and the economic traits were also improved accordingly.5.Study on optimization curing technology of tobacco leaf cured and flower buds curing in the same bulk-barnAfter two response surface design,the results show that the steady temperature of 2.4~5.0 h at44~45.5 ?,on the basis of curing,will increase the proportion of upper and middle tobacco leaves from 80% to 88%,the average price increases from 24.4 yuan/kg to 25.9 yuan/kg,and the evaluation quality is from 75 to 76 by conventional curing.Therefore,the appropriate extension of 4 h at about 45 degrees can effectively improve the economic characteristics and smoking quality of flue cured tobacco.In a word,this paper is the first time that the quality of tobacco leaves has been affected by leaves curing at home and abroad.In the intensive roasting process,the effects of tobacco buds and curing on the grade structure,appearance quality and the content of the conventional chemical composition were not obvious,but the sensory quality and the content of aroma substances in the cured tobacco were significantly affected.In order to make use of the smell of tobacco buds,a new method has been developed for curing tobacco leaves.
