Asarum,regular Chinese traditional medicine , one of two pivot Chinese traditional medicine. In the northesrt of china jilin's chang bai hill,there distribute dongbei Asarum and seoul Asarum. They are hardly be distinguished by their modality,and their relationship is a still be a puzzle. In order to disover theirs difference and theirs' relationship , we carried out some experiments such as sliced sheet, isozyme electrophoresis and RAPD marking technique,the result undert the list,1 .The experiment of sliced sheet was carried out in the lab of botany,the stuff of the experiment are from all aroud northest,table l, we cut the saime parts of the two kinds of Asarum, the parts are blade, leaf vein,the end of footstalk, we find difference in the end of footstalk between phloem and fundamental tissue. There are sclerenchyma and crystal in dongbei Asarum ,while han cheng Asarum doesn't have.2.Apply the vertical plate page ,we carried out peroxide isozyme page,the stuff of the experiment is five different dongbei Asarum and seoul Asarum gathered from different place of changbai hill ,the result of the experiment is that there are many difference between dongbei Asarum and seoul Asarum, seoul Asarum bands are two or three more than dongbei Asarum. combine with fuzzy clustering,we discovered that dongbei Asarum and seoul Asarum's distance is ,than we can use this experiment authenticate dongbei Asarum and hancheg Asarum.3. Apply with the random amplified polymorphism DNA technique ,we carried out the experiment to discover the difference of five different dongbei Asarum and seoul Asarum swatch.chose twelve 10bp primer and amplificated 72 item polymorphism cingulum,than calculated swatch's distance and similarity coefficient, and than use approach of Unweighted Pair-Group Method Using Arithmetic averages to fuzzy clustering the result show that three seoul Asarum's relationship are very near,and the dongbei Asarum's relationship are near also ,while dongbei Asarum and seoul Asarum's raltionship is far ,their distance is 0.503. ALL above tell us that use random amplified polymorphism DNA technique can help us in parents's breeding by selection and authentication.
