Thirty six species were isolated and identified from the test soil, they were: Bacillus subtili, B.mycoides, P.pseudoalaligene,fluorescens var. I , seudomonas stutzeri, Agrobacterium radiobacter var.I, A.radiobacter var.II, Ac.johnsonii, Ac.calcoaceticus, Micrococcus halobius, C.flavigena, C.fimi, Ar.citreus. Arthrobacter globi- formis. Xanthobacter flavus, S.albu, S.roseoviolaceus, S.caeruleus, S.chromfuscus, S.canescens. Nocardia rub- ropertincta, Nocardia convoluta, Aspergillus niger, A. versicolor, Penicillium expansum, Botrytis cinerea, Trichoderma viriderma, Mucor spinescens, Rhizopus stolonifer, Phoma putaminum, P.nebulosa. Among them A. citreus, Arthrobacter globiformis, A.frobacterium radiobacter var. I, Ppseudoalaligenes, P. fluorescens var. I , B.subtilis, B.mycoides, C.fimi ,Actinomycetes: S.albus, S.roseoviolaceus, S.caeruleus, S.chromfuscus, S.canescens, Nocardia rubropertincta, Nocardia convoluta. A.niger N.Tiegh, P.expansum,P.putaminum, P.nebulosa. were dominate species .The results also shown: Huminity of soil , temprature and density of oxygen did not affect production and decomposition of Humic acid and Fulvic acid of soil directly without any microorganism and enzyme in soil. These factors of environment affect production and decomposition of humus of soil by affecting microoranism. In different culture condtion the test seventeen species of microorganisms all took part in production and decomposition of Humic acid and Fulvic acid directly, Cellulomonas fimi, Pseudomonas pseudoalaligenes, P.fluorescens var I, Agrobacterium radiobacter var. I, B.mycoides Streptomyces albus, S.chromfuscus,S.caeruleus,Bacillus subtilis, have accumulate role of FA; Nocardia rubropertincta, Nocardia convoluta, Aspergillus niger,Penicillium expansum, Phoma putaminum, P.nebulosa, Arthrobacter globiformis, A.citreus have decomposition role of FA ; Cellulomonas fimi,Agrobacterium radiobacter var. I, Pseudomonas fluorescens var. I, Pseudomonas pseudo- alaligenes Streptomyces albus, S.caeruleus, Bacillus subtilis, S.chromfuscus have accumulate role of HA; B.mycoides,Nocardia rubropertincta, Phoma putaminum, P.nebulosa, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium expansum, Nocardia convoluta, Arthrobacter globiformis, A.citreus have decomposition role of HA.
